Had wonderful Kashmir Tour with Fly Elevation. All arrangements were excellent. The owner himself accompanied us and took care of all our members. This was my 6th tour with Fly Elevation which includes 3 foreign tours of Europe, Singapore, Malaysia and Bali. Would like to recommend fly elevation to you all to enjoy tour to any destination . For us with Fly Elevation Kashmir was really heaven on earth.

Pathetic service. We booked a trip to Bali. And paid all the amount in advance. He not only shared the details of flight and itinerary just one day before going, but had also not paid the local travel agent who he subcontracts there , because of which they threatened us us to pay on the spot. His response to that was “Abhi aap de do, hum badme settle karenge “ this was even after we paid the full amount in advance. Highly unprofessional.

We booked a family trip to kashmir, and we were struggling with below average hotels ,unprofessional drivers, and poor arrangements, mismanagement, poor co -ordination and lot of time wasted with this agency. Don't waste your time & money, highly unprofessional service provider.

Not recommended. Average service, false promises, unprofessional behaviour, poor communication. A travel agency should bring peace of mind to travellers but we only lost our mental peace and money. Took advance for 2 days extra booking but later cancelled due to non-availability and did not refund after multiple follow ups. Stay away from such fraud agencies. Better options available.
