Your channle partner FLY DESTINO DELHI is NOT able to have license of tour & travels ownership...I really felt 3rd class experience with Fly Destino..Mr Mayur Singh from Fly Destino taken 100% advance before journey and pressrised to give my money without aranging the Hotels..And phone is not picking up by him now...I defenatEly go to Consumer Forum against him.

We are really sorry for the way you feel Mr. Tiwari. Please accept our sincere apologies towards any unforeseen events during the trip. Let me first assure you that we have been more than accommodative towards all your requests from the inception of the deal accepted by you. You have requested for multiple changes some of which include your luggage to be couriered back to Mumbai from Goa as you left it behind which by the way let me inform you has reached your desired destination. So while we have been more than helpful to match your high expectations it couldn't have been done without additional charges where one of them included changing from a 4 Star to 5 Star category hotel after bookings were confirmed, requesting for a 5 AM check-in time. Without getting into too many details Mr. Tiwari we have declined making changes to invoice particulars where inflated pricing has been requested by you. Once again we apologize for your experience but we couldn't manage the same with the budget option you set.
