Worst Ladakh trip experience with Felix feria

We had our trip planned through travel triangle who doesn't even care about customer requirements. Sapna Agarwal from Felix feria is the worst trip co-ordinator I have come across. She doesn't have patience to understand the customers concerns and communicate patiently. She behaves well until the advance gets paid and pathetic after that.
Our previous travel agency co-ordinators never demanded for full amount to be paid before starting the trip. But these people are always behind money.
Overall it was a very bad experience. When planning for Ladakh please be cautious about the driver. You might end up without getting enough time to enjoy the places. Our driver name was eqbal who was not at all friendly and we had to adjust throughout our trip not having the complete freedom to enjoy the scenic places.

I booked tour with this company for Andam, but due to medical emergency I asked them to reschedule or cancel and give some refund. but they did not made any refund, I gave them 70% booking amount which I completely lost. I had option for giving money in installment but I gave them fully as I had to do that tour.
Thanks for teaching me lesson.
