3rd class services provided by from the first day all commitments were not fulffilled and not a proper communication was also done in leh and many of the tourist spot was missed in our trip which they have decided I would never ever go with this people nor will suggest it to anyone because don't wanna ruin their trip

1) The hand holding is NON EXISTENT. The tour co-ordinators did not meet us in Leh. The car driver was the sole person with whom we have to deal. This is unfair, as the driver is not right person to decided the matter/ arrange things/ attend to required tasks. So local tour co-ordinators must meet participants personally and see that their needs are well taken care of .

2) We had to pay bill (Rs.460/-) for 5 persons for bed /evening tea provided by the Hotel Antelope . The bill was given to us through hotel helper at 5 am in the morning when we were proceeding to Airport . We had no time to discuss the matter. This is not right. At other places i.e. Nubra valley and Pangong lake , no such charges were levied for tea. Please check this and refund the amount to us.

3) Barring above two incidents, the trip was very good. We would definietely like to associate with the Ezeego in future also.

While booking the package I had been assured with best service and best package and compell to choose amazing andaman, but I didnot find any amaze, most of the famous places I had not been visited and I had been assured that after reached Delhi I had been compensate with my refund of that place where I had not been visited due to bad weather and govt. holiday. I had mailed two days before regarding the refund but I didnot receive any mail or call against it. It impact very bad image of Ezeego 1, it means while the time of booking they are offering lots of good deals and service but after booking package, they are not interested to even inform, refund given is so far.

It was a great exp. with Ezeego One Travels, there were some problem which we faced like the schedule and tickets which we were suppose to get few week earlier , we received one day prior to our flight and the dates were of flights before given us any notice.

excellently organised with no hassle resulting in a very pleasant stay

Trip was fantastic

It was nice experience with Ezeego one travel agency for this tour. We wish to have more updates on mobile regarding the itineraries.
They have managed the local tour agent very well and we have not found any problem with them.

it was a ultimate tour all the things which was in package is provided by hotel. good hotel with luxurious room with very good cultured cooperative caring staff.good food .

We had package for 7/8 days, from the day one we have faced lot problems to get hot water for bathing and day to-day use, and also food served are not good. For trips to nubra and pangyong lake, the trip advisor should have informed about things to carry and precautions to be taken before the trip. Overall we are not happy with the organizer.
