Estire wont support you any way once they got there money.
They wont have any idea about tour plan. They just arrange one vehicle with driver(Driver takes you to the places where he can get good commissions )

Provided same hotels as booked and good car and good driver also but should intimate about the activities provided at resorts as we can enjoy thrm

My trip Kerala is very good.we visit Kochi Munaar Thekedi and Aleppi. We appreciate Estire holidays. And travels for comfort and guidance.We suggest our friends fou trip to Kerela.

last year really v enjoyed the trip a lot,arrangements,hospetality,lodge or transporatation and cost.of the trip were very nice and pleasing

Stay was comfortable at all Resorts and hotels except Jiwan Regency hotel in Rameshverm which is not as booked by us i.e. 3 stars hotel rooms .Rooms were foul smelling and beding was also not clean and worst conditions and reception staff was not listing any complaint on this account and says ask to Estire holidays who has booked these rooms.I asked to tour operator for this .He assured that rooms will be changed but nothing heared and we compelled to stay there for night stay and left the hotel Early morning. Staff behaviour was very unprofessional. Stay of this hotel is bitter experience of our tour. We suggest not to stay in this hotel. The car driver Mr. Manoj , provide by tour operator for transportation and sightseeing was very gentle and cooperative and his behaviour was excellent.

It was very nice journey for me and my family.

Trip to kerela was awesome and never be forgotten, estire had made my honeymoon memorable as my wife really happy to see the sceneries locations with comfortable stay in all locations around the kerela.. Especially thanx to Miss Litty Thomas for making everything comfortable, good management. Thanxx to entire estire team too, to make my first ever trip amazing.

Hotels arranged were far away from the happening places and not close to Munnar, Hotel in Thekkady was awesome and houseboat arrangements were indeed good. Another Hotel names Summer breeze, was terrible, food was pathetic and was very far from Munnar town,Hotel manager(Anthony)sounds very arrogant. Vehicle arrangement was good and diver was good enough as a guide.

It was a good experience to have booked with Estire holiday's thru tripcrafters. Spend nice time, Good hotel's and the Car with the Driver.

We have been looking our trip to Kerala for the last two months, talking with many travel agents who "specialize" in this destination. Then received a call from Mr. Dijo John from Estire Holidays. Dijo John at this travel company did an amazing job in planning the trip of a lifetime to kerala. Dijo did a great job in calling me to get a feel for what types of things I like to do so that he could plan an itinerary that catered to my interests. He also did a fabulous job in staying within the budget I gave him and I feel like we got a lot for our money. We had zero problems while traveling and I credit that to Dijo's knowledge and ability. I also want to thank Mr. Bibin who was not just a tour driver, he was the most amiable and hospitable guide On time and very professional I have ever met, a true gentleman who really enjoys his work he gave us a tour that my wife and my friends will never forget . We would highly recommend this company to anyone planning on going to Kerala, with their fantastic team on the ground, their knowledge of the Area, and seamless coordination between all the different aspects of travel to this area.

Our stay was pleasant at both Guruvayoor and Alleppey House Boat. the quality of food was delicious and the hospitality extended to us was awesome. i dont mind recomending my colleagues to choose Estire holidays for their holiday plan..
only thing we got puzzled was when we were told at Guruvayoor that tea and coffee do not form part of complimentary breakfast menu.

Not Satisfied with their service because we initially we said will pay half the amount in first day and we will pay remaining amount in next day this informed we booked their travels. But first day in hotel they argued about this and they wasted our time for 2 hours and finally we pay the full amount then only they continued our trip. Next went to houseboat, we asked one single boat for us.But they give three 2 bed rooms boat so we can't enjoy with all my colleague and food is good in boat. Next day sightseeing in kochi also , the driver refuse to see all sight seeing. They show only selected place and some places are not shown to us. Entirely the travel is not good and we are not satisfied.

One of the best services with tension free pleasant ride.

It was realy a big mistake. I. Did by hiring there services. It was our honeymoon trip. The very first hotel we stayed at was in munnar. The hotel was opposite of what we were shown in pics. Damp room stinking, broken window... no. View a corner room.
Thekaddy was even worse.... House boat that we were alloted was in poor condition....dirty food.
I would neva recommend estire to anyone

My trip with Estire holidays & travels was excellent.Thanks for the honour treatment & best hospitality. Especially Driver sabu helpus a lot. In Munnar the hotel is not upto mark also the house boat. But in Thekkady,kovalam and kanyakumari it was excellent. The tour operator was always in touch with us. All together it was nice experiance.

The trip was wonderful and very very good,especially the Alleppy house boat and Tekkedy stay and the only complaint was the hotel at Munnar was not upto our expectation.

I was delighted with the trip and enjoyed a lot. As it was my first such kind of a trip and was nice experience. However driver was not very good at one moment of time. But overall it was a lovely tour.

I am happy to tell my feedback of my tour to you. Every thing is good for your arrangement such as hotel, vehicle etc. In HOTEL all arrangement and room was fine and hearty welcome us. In Thekkaddy we are not getting ticket of boating. Because you mentioned the time of 3.30 but the driver told now ticket is not available on the 3,30 so we will go next day morning . That time also not getting ticket. whether If we are waiting in Q for 2,3 hours we are not going to boating in Thekkady So we are not going to Munnar in time. So in my kind suggestion to you, if customer is willing to go by boating you also arrange the boating ticket early and clime the ticket money from travelers. It is better.
The next one is we are fully depend upon the driver. Because we have no knowledge to the area and places nearby or on the way. If we fully depend the driver, some time he lead to wrong way and take them to high rate places, such as jeep riding, boating etc. For example or in my experience our driver take them to jeep riding to go forest area. But it is not go to forest area we take them to tamilnadu boarder for grape garden Which we have already seen in many places in tamil nadu. In Jeep riding he demand more than Rs. 2500. The another one is he take them to private boating in Alleppy, In boat house also we are going to back water . But the driver told in Boat house the boat is running only 10 minutes to go nearby circle. So we are agree to boating in private. It spend 2 hours late for our check in at Alleppy, and spend waste of money for Rs. 1,500. If boat house they were told if you check in correct time of 12, We were going to run by boat at a long distance. But the driver and the boat man some understanding to lead us and spent the waste of money. It is some irritate for us. In National park the parking fees of Rs. 25 asked me and in Cochin in Lullu mall he demanded the parking fees of Rs. 30. But in your term the parking fees is enclose your package. The last day the driver not cooperate with us. He dropped the railway station at 7. 00Pm. While our train at 9.30 PM. He is not stopping whenever we wish to visit some churches on the way. It is not a complaint. But you give the instruction to all the driver to satisfy the travelers . If traveler is satisfied your booking is so high. That is why I give this feed back to you. Any how we are glad to visit the places and you check back phone with us. Thank you very much. We may close in future.

The service was very good. The vehicle could have been better. And arrangements for breakfast couldn't be done because of strike. But no complaints

I liked the overall trip. But didnt like the hotel 'green field resort' much.
it was nice but as it was only 15km away from next resort (world backwaters), we should have stayed in that resort for 2 days. As sightseeing was same for both resorts.
check-in and check-out for two resorts in same place wasted around 3-4 hours which we could have used for sightseeing and shopping much better.

It was a nice experience. Would like to recommend tripcrafters/estire to my friends. Driver was a nice person. Got what we wanted except some hiccups on the part of Hotel Jungle Park Thekkedy.

We booked 3 star accommodation for 3 persons. But Estire Holidays & Travels have provided an ordinary accommodation for 2 persons in hotel and house boat.

The itinerary was very poorly planned.

Their drivers and agents were recommending inflated rate places and activities only.

The booking personnel stop responding after receiving the money in beginning of the tour.

Nice arrangement for kerala tour.

We went to Kerela as per plan/itenary provide by you. And not to stand in queues. If we r ready to pay the amount they should arrange the tickets but they did not. we went Kerala to enjoy not to stay in queues for 2-3 hours! Earlier we went Goa the trip organiser took the money and gave us tickets for crooze

The Airport Pickup was great, the tour explanation in their Office was great, the daily sightseeing touring to various locations was great, the Final Airport drop off was great. Not knowing, we hesitantly contacted Estire Tours & Travels in India for a (7days )Kerala tour package. Travel Consultant, Mr.Raghu Narayan, Managing partner responded our enquiry with great interest and planned our tour to our requirements. He is foreign trained and understands foreigners level of comforts. It was a great pleasure meeting him when he received us at the Cochin airport.

Good vehicle and driver Pradeep made our tour more enjoyable, comfortable and filled the gap of local language barrier. Tall tree an excellent resort in Munnar, known for its sprawling tea gardens, Thekkady a Cardomom Hills of Kerala, back waters lake cruise in an exclusive houseboat and hotel at Kovalam over looking internationally renowned sea beach maintained by the hotel management was outstanding choice and relaxing stay with a wonderful memory. We were extremely satisfied with the arrangements of sightseeing and care provided. Throughout the trip, consultant kept direct contact with us ensuring our satisfaction. The cost of the tour was absolutely worth the price.

While we were in India without any hesitation, we asked Mr. Raghu Narayan to arrange a (4 days) tour to Zurich –Switzerland on way back to Canada from India. Well planned and executed in a short period of request. We enjoyed fabulous itinerary arrangement definitely a value for the money.

Estire Holidays & Travels really care for their customer. From 5th Feb. to 11th Feb. me & my wife traveled Munnar , Perrier & Aleppy house boat under their guidance. A fault finder like me compel to tell 10 out of 10. Specially Mr. Regu Narayan kept a birds eye view on our every days comfort.Hotels & house boat they booked for us was awesome. Now the transport :- Upgraded to Manza without extra charge multilingual driver was very polite & obedient.
Whats more? If I get opportunity I will plan my trip to Poover with them only.

I booked a tour to Kerala through Estire Holidays and travels for my parents as a gift for their 25th Anniversary,
Pros:- i was pretty satisfied with the entire trip and with what all they organised and their booking as well..they did everything according to my specification and budget. i was quite happpy to see them be co operative with last minute additions of persons and managing their booking as well...It was quite relaxing trip for my parents.The stay at Munnar in Birds Valley Resort was simply superb..One day stay at houseboat was also good. The driver was reaaly really co operative and well behaved and good.Overall i wud gv them 4 stars
Cons:- the stay at thekkady in Beaumont Plantation Retreat was not at all good it was in no angle a 3 star accomodation, the food provided in houseboat was okay..Kindly request you to look into this to make the necessary changes

I trusted the Company and paid them a handsome amount for my trip. But my experience was very bad. I would not recommend the services of Estire Holidays and travels to anyone. Please avoid planning your trip with Estire Holidays. They are just making fool...

This was our very first trip to kerala. Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated with Kerala and all the beautiful things I heard about the place from my Mallu friends. Always wanted to visit. Thanks to Estire holidays that dream was realised in the most cherish able experience of my life. For me, my wife and baby girl it was an experience of the life time. Estire holidays ensure that every moment we spend on this beautiful land was memorable one. They took special care to ensure that my baby of 1 year was well taken care of by personally speaking to all hotels where we stayed for her special food requirements. Tomas from Estire was especially so warm and welcoming that we found it hard to believe that we could get such a treatment. Every day he would call us up and check if we were alright and if all things were taken care of. Thanks to Estire holidays I want to visit Kerala again.

My review and experinece is mixed. I will talk with the response of the hoilday advisor first. The experience and response was good and on time from Thomson of the Estire Holidays.

Next with accomodation: I stayed in hotle Fort Queen in Cochin. Had some initally issue with check in as i reached very early in the morning and as on peak session the did not had any rooms free. It took time for the recepitinist to arrange a temporary arrangement for us. Its was very slow and discouraging. However the hotel manager Mr Nair personally came and appolozied for the issue and also we were provided with a extra day breakfast with was not on the CP plna. The hotel is very good with nice food.

For my stay in Kovalum is was been put into Jasmine Palace. The rooms are basic, clean and spacious. The bathroom is also on old style. The overall atmosphere of the hotle is fine but the food sucks. I had food poisioning almost every time i had the food in the hotel.

Lastly the cab service: The cab was clean, on time and the courteous. However the langaugae barrier was a challeneg. Also the required knowledge of places and timings were not that the driver was aware of due to which we could not visit the Vivekananda rock as we reached late. Also the hotels that the driver took us on the way were not good and they were all muslim hotels. I am not trying to be religion specfic but we could have been taken to better places which the driver did not do even when we asked him sometime to stop at other places. Also the coordination of timings etc were not clear between Estire travel and the Driver which threw challenges for us.

We were taken to Poovar island of backwater trip by the driver and the organizer he took us to charged hefty amount of INR 2000 for 2 people for the moat ride which was steep. I think driver might have a share in the deal.
Overall the trip was good but few things that i have mentioned could have been avoided if the organizer had a better planning. I hope for my next visit they will have things planned better.

It was awesome experience of kerala. All arrangement was nice ans as per expectation.

The services provided were excellent. The quality of hotels were good and over all I will rate as excellent.
