What's Good: Hotel selection was not bad
What's Not Good: Disappointing experience with Dy Dreamz Yatra for Kerala trip. Issues with hotel bookings, poor itinerary guidance, slow tempo traveller driver, and aggressive follow-ups despite timely payments. The coordinator, Zafar, seemed clueless and unresponsive to our concerns. When we tried to escalate the issues, his manager/owner Anurag was unhelpful and unapologetic. Overall, a poorly managed and unprofessional experience. Not recommended.

My communication with Snow White was amazing through out the process of creating the memorable itinerary. I chose to stay in hotels of my choice even though the package turned out to be expensive. I would have appreciated a car and driver to be with me after sightseeing as then you have flexibility to go downtown otherwise you are confined to your hotel. Most agents go out of there way to please their clients by doing a bit extra and that's what was lacking with Dreamz Yatra.. As a premium client one expects to be treated well. Rahul and his team tired there best to make our trip a memorable one.

Very nice ,helpful staff during the tour. Except some minor difficulty during neil island visit due to impropercommunication which was immediately sorted out by the staff. Over all we all very happy .

We went to Andaman for our 7th anniversary. Everything was wonderfully planned. After we landed at Portblair-whole trip was made memorable by great service of the whole team

I travelled through this agency and had a miserable experience. They has such bad arrangements for a group of 18 people. The tempo traveller didn't reach on time for our flight and we missed it. We incurred heavy charges for our flight back that's Rs 42500/- plus we missed our train due to catching the next flight. We had to further book bus for our journey back home. They didn't give our money back. It was their mistake and they didn't even pay back.

The vehicle arrangement, place of visit, hotel/resort arrangement, team work of event management every thing is simply superb.

I had an amazing experience with Dreamz Yatra on my Andaman trip. Their team was well-organized, responsive, and attentive to my needs. They had arranged for comfortable accommodations and engaging activities, and everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Really horrible experience with dy Dreamz. Once you give them full money they don’t give a s*it for their customer. Havelock coordinator just do marketing for activities. Struck in Neil bcz of cyclone but great service from Dreamz no one call me for any updates they just switched off their phones in emergency situation they don’t know how to coordinate with guest. Other agents call their guest worry for their guest but in my situation I have to call them every time. Other guest call their driver/coordinator for sightseeing whenever weather was good but my driver and coordinator switched off his phone and I have to spend my own money for sightseeing. They also forgot my photoshoot which was included in my package. After returning to port Blair I raised complaint they offer me 1 sightseeing and photoshoot over their but thanks to them they again forgot my photoshoot. Thank you DY Dreamz for this worst service you guys just want money without serving your guest.

The most important this about a travel agency is trust. But I have had the most horrible experience with dreamz yatra, making sure I will never use a broker for my future trips. Until the take your money they are very polite and cordial and after that you see everything you're afraid for - they will not reply or pick up your calls no matter how big the emergency. They will give you the runaround and make excuses and after a period of time they will tell you that it's not in their hands to solve your problem. Sitting at home all this sounds like something you can handle , but imagine being on a trip where you have no assistance.

We booked a trip for Gangtok We had a great trip with Dy dreammz yatra Pvt ltd.. Very satisfied service with this traveling company.
