Droamers Holiday

I booked my trip pre covid but the dates were during lockdown. Hence the trip was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. It's been close to 2years I am not getting any response on refund from this team, Don't know if they still exist or shut down. Worst customer service,

The best travel agency. The planning and timing by the agency was fantastic. Accommodation was also good at Guest house. The package was reasonable. All supporting team were in touch if any issues.
Cherapunjee guest house could have been better. Otherwise, the trip was superb.

Lack of Co-ordination between D'Roamers & End Service Provider(i.e.,Local tour operators). Kashmir and Ledakh 10 days travel Package. This is a real review based on our real experience/facts. I engaged D'Roamers for our 10 days Tour Package starting from Srinagar Airport (5th of May'19) and ending/drop at Leh airport (14th May'19). Trip Id: DR-APR355. In fact I was about to book with another recognized travel agency when Mr. Tashi (salesman of D'Roamers) intervened and called me several times to my Mobile and asked me to forward the quote of the other agency, which I did. When I pointed out to him that his Quote is higher by Rs.7350/-, Mr. Tashi gave several promises, and spoke very impressively which made me to believe that travel with them is hassle free. Till the time money is received there would be many calls from Mr. Tashy and also many promises. I would like to highlight here that once money is received, there won't be any single courtesy call from him. Secondly, before the commencement of tour I had to pay the full package cost. Then we would be left to the mercy of the local travel agent. On the very first day we were supposed to visit Anantnag Hot Spring, Betab, Arul & Chandanwadi valleys as per their Itinerary. The Srinagar driver skipped all these locations, never drop us at Union Cab pickup point. On the second day again he skipped the Itinerary locations Hariparbath and Lal chowk shopping. On the fourth day he skipped War memorial. On the fifth day as per the itinerary we were supposed to visit several places of tourist importance enroute between Kargil and Leh. The driver told me that he is only a local transporter and not a travel agency and his employer(Maxi cab) has told him to drop us at Leh directly and not to stop anywhere for sight seeing since his program me ends by 04.00 p.m. that day. When the itinerary of D'Roamers was shown to the driver he told that he is not employed by Droamers. I contacted Mr. Kuldeep, Executive of D'Roamers several times during these days, but no support was received from him. Then we had a tough time. On one side the driver's attitude throughout the first 5 days was indifferent, tough and not customer friendly and at the same time there was no ground support from D'Roamers. The driver would stop at places as per his wins and fancies and not as per the promised scheduled itinerary. However, In Ladakh (6th to 10th day)the local travel agent Mr. Thilley of "Ladakh ultimate destination" was a gentle man and his driver Nirbu was also a good person. Even though they skipped Hemis monastery, Leh Palace and Shey palace, we had a memorable time in ladakh. I would like to thank Mr. Thinlley of Ladakh Ultimate Destination and his driver.

To summarize I would like to inform all viewers not to engage D'roamers because they are just commission agents. They do not own a taxi cab, do not have properties and do not have their own drivers. Unfortunately the Itinerary prepared by them is not shared to end service Providers, i.e. Maxi Cab in Srinagar & Ledakh Ultimate Destination in Leh and hence we would be left to the mercy of the local drivers in remote locations. If any tourist want ladakh Package alone better contact the real tour operator in Leh DIRECTLY, and in my case it was 'Ledakh Ultimate Destination,' and they would execute it with more responsibility and care instead of booking thru' middlemen like D'Roamers.

We enjoyed the tour.everlasting remembrance.dromers had organzied it really good.hotels were good with breakfast and dinner.the tour package was economic.and the chauffer were friendly

They failed to arrange accommodation at shillong as shown in the picture. We're forced to pay extra amount.
The company sent receipts for the amount paid after ten days without proper details.
I didn't recommend for my friends

We had booked our holidays through Droamers for Spiti Valley from 2nd june 2019 to 9th June 2019. We shall never forget the holiday package provided by them. Their Destination expert at Kaza Mr.Pankaj is the worst person you would ever meet when it comes to customer service. Our booking ar Kaza were cancelled last minute and we were made to roam on the streets of KAza at -1 degree during the night. The stays provided were them did not justify the price they costed us. The itinerary provided was not followed right from the beginning. We had to keep on chasing them to follow the tour plan. A big hands down for Droamers.

There coordination is very bad with us and they give us a dermatory room in sillong which is a very bad experience for us for 3days . And their behavior is also very bad ☹️.

We have booked car and driver from Droamers . very pleasant stay and driver was also very cooperative .we enjoyed our trip

This was my first time ever travelling with friends to Bhutan and D`roamers team made sure that we have an amazing experience. Ground Team Doorje made sure to interact with local Bhutani people and their culture This trip to Bhutan was truly fun. Thank you so much!
