The service providers did a very good job with the Kerala package right from providing decent accomadations at Munnar,Thekkady,house boat at Alleppey and a wonderful resort at Kovalam.The car provided was in good condition.All in all,an experience to cherish though it was in 2014.

It was an awesome trip. I booked my package with Mr. Ajay and he provided me very good hotels and give me the same thing which we discussed. Cab was also very good it was neat and clean and cab driver Mr. Vinu was so good and well behaved, he is such a nice person. I am totally satisfied with the services Deva Travel provided me.

From Pickup to Drop, their given excellent service for my family trip. They will take care from start to end. Their given best price and its worth for money. For Family trip, we cant expect this much good service from other providers.

I have zeroed in on Deva Travel House after researching a lot on the net for a reliable and affordable yet quality tour provider. Interestingly, I came across many people who claimed to provide the best of the service, but Deva Travel House won the race. Mr Shafy was the correspondent from Deva who discussed with me in detail and helped me in planning the trip itinerary, scheduling my dates to visit and other logistics. We were received by a driver as informed, with a surprise free upgrade to Sedan car. Driver Sanjeev was really friendly, sensible and had taken care of us through the entire trip very well. The planning of itinerary and their help in getting good food, etc was remarkable. Yet they helped me from burning my pocket at unncessary places. The accomodation at Thekkady was the best but unfortunately we spent just one night at the resort. There was some miscommunication in the houseboat, which was promptly corrected by Mr Shafy and arranged an upperdeck boat to us as promised, On the whole the service provided to us in the package was very satisfactory and I strongly recommend you to uitlize their services. Hello everyone my name is Tushar. I have booked a trip through Deva Travel House for a family trip of Kochi, Munnar, Thekkdy, Kumarakom and Allepy. The trip was of 6 days and 5 nights.
The car provided by them were in good condition and driver was a good english speaking one.
The hotels provided by them were good and in habitable condition.
I would recommend Deva Travel House to everyone.

All was very good except restaurant services of Munnar Mansion.

Samudram tour was well managed and we enjoyed the same immensely.
The tour operator could have provided lunch on the first day as the tour was delayed on their part.

Good things
1.Paid only 10%advance. Rest paid on arrival to kochi
2.Gave better car than booked .Verna in place of logan
3.got room upgrade at thekkady.
4.Good competent driver.
BAD
1.Did not got the promised room at Kondai lip resort.
Had to wait for 2 hrs & later was made to shift to another
Resort 20 km away in an inferior room.This wasted precious time & I was left with no time or mood to enjoy Kumarokom.

I came to know about Deva travel house through tripcrafters.
My trip to kerala was nicely prepared by Deva Travel house.
some changes in plan was done by them immediately. they are professional and know what we want.
Vehicle provided was good, clean. Driver was having good knowledge of places to see and hotels.
There was some problem as to hotels booked by Deva at Kovalam. Hotel Seaweed is very bad Hotel, no hot water, they never clean rooms and they charge for Drinking water. Deva needs to review their contacts at Kovalam and find some good hotel.
Over all trip was good.

The experience with Deva was better than anticipated. Their approach was thoroughly professional unlike the pushy attitude of other operators. The driver - Anish, in particular, was a good guy and ensured that our journey was smooth. Will definitely approach them again for future requirements.

Pros
They have made a tailor-made package for us.
They have arranged us good vehicle with an experienced driver.
They have spontaneously changed the travel plan according to the conditions i.e hartal in kerala.
Very polite, flexible and having patience.
Cons
It would be better if they have arranged guide familiar with places/ an english speaking driver.
Accommodation arranged in Guruvayoor is not so good.

Overall we will rate it as VERY GOOD.

Other than communication problem with the driver everything was same what I was expecting

I planned Keral tour in the month of January with aid from Deva travel. They gave me customization and required information as and when I requested during planning. Overall tour was well planned and well arranged.

But few times many mails were required to convey small things.., possibly it was because of lack of better English written communication understanding. I felt that the tour coordinator really communicates very casually and with negligence. Also found that they didn't share or avoided to share some information.

Had a pleasant experience, things were managed properly, had various options on choosing the hotels across Kerla.

Will definitely recommend Deva Travel House.

The overall experience was good. The driver that they provided was very good and knowledgeable. One major thing was the accommodation, the hotels told me were 3 stars whereas they were worse than a 2 star hotel.
