Cox and Kings is the worst tour operator out there. I used them recently, and for the first time for a trip, and it was the worst travel decision I have made. Their so called travel advisers are more like telephone operators, who are unable to provide any information or service. They will not give you any assistance or support during a trip, even if that means being stranded somewhere. Their service, food, accommodation are all way below standard. On the particular trip I was in, the entertainment was also very cheesy, and inappropriate. Not appropriate for family vacations. Avoid using them at all costs!!
