We really enjoyed the trip
of Manali arranged by Connecting India tour and travel Shimla by Miss Sakshi . Really appreciate all the help with arranging it for us.the first day in Manali we faced a problem with hotel room .. then as I called Sakshi and the problem was resolved at the same time . All arrangements exceeded our expectations. Yes the food was not very good in the hotel , but overall was good experience .

I preferred to avail the services of Connecting India tours for my Manali trip with family during 6-10 Nov 2019 since their quote was found quite reasonable. The quotes were arranged by TripCrafters. They not only arranged my journey for the sector Delhi - Manali -Delhi in their uniformed cheffaur driven car but also arranged our accommodation in Hotel Mohan Palace at Manali by preparing my tour itinerary in a comfortable manner. Their Cheffaur Shri Narendra was with us through out our trip and found very experienced in smooth driving. He was also found very polite and useful for us as a guide also during the tour. The hotel arranged was a 3 star budget hotel and the hotel team under the supervision of Mr Anil Parasher was found quite polite and cooperative to every issues and requirement. the stay and food in the hotel was excellent. the panoramic view of the snow mounted hills from the room was excellent. The hotel is having a few apple trees and japanese fruit trees in their back yard. few apples in one of the trees even though the apple season in Manali is over was eye catching to all the tourists.
the only problem we faced in the hotel was that their city cable TV does't provide any Malayalam channels. Mr Prasher has assured to look into this matter soon. I recommend this hotel for those who want economical stay in Manali since we will get value for money.

Ms.Katayani from Connecting india had approched me and price was fixed on email including payment terms but on reaching shimla on 20.12.2018 she has changed the payment terms & tried for taking money & even in delhousie they have not allowed me to take my baggage form hotel & i hv filed a police complaint in delhousie and aftterwards they hv tried to threatening me also & they hv offered me very very bad room my request you to pl dont book your ticket through connecting tour they all are having malicious intention of money
they are all having third class mentality and always tried to black mail the tourist & even driver was not good & always telling abuse only

First of all I would like to thank to Mr.Soumik Saha for all kind of guidance and customizing best tour package as per our requirement and secondly would like to very much thanks Ms.Katyayniji for your cooperation and special taking care for the whole trip. Arrangement such as Hotel (Shimla and Manali and aslo Delhi Hotel) and Vehicle was such really good. Our Driver who is Mr.Ankur Sharma such a really nice person and good human being, he had helped us so much to keep us this whole trip memorable forever. We will never forget.
So once again thanks to Ms.Katyayniji for overall nice arrangement and best trip organized and for well support.

Extremely bad experience with Mr. Anuj. Our tour package was inclusive of snow point.The person took the money and till the day before he said he will arrange fr the permit but he did not. We had to pay 6500 extra and arrange fr another car 12 hours before. The innova given was not commercial so there was lot of parking problems and police harrasment. The driver given was absolutely inexperienced fr which we had to always follow the google map. Mr. Anuj is absolutely unreliable person, I would suggest you not to trust his words. Get everything in written, because he changes his words.I strongly suggest to avoid this person named Anuj because his initial sweet words are deceptive.

Our tour was very nice and well organised by Mr Anuj of Connecting India tours. Our Tour was customized as per our requirements and supported throughout the trip by Connecting India Tours, Special thanks to Mr.Anuj for the support Nice arrangements of trip organized. This trip was completely Value for money and fulfilled our hopes and expectations. Best memories of the trip are of Manali Gulaba Vally,Manikarn. The Hotel Arrangement was very good.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience visiting Simla,Kullu,Manikaran,Nagarcastle and Manali. The River rafting were amazing memories for our family.

This is our 3rd experience with Connecting India, this time Naresh Ji and his team arranged Rajasthan tour for us, we enjoyed our holiday for Naresh Ji, thank you Naresh Ji for arranging good hotels for us, we are planning again for our next trip with Connecting India.

We started our journey from Bangalore and landed in Delhi.Connecting India tours arranged complete package tour from Delhi to Agra, Mathura,Manali, Shimla and back to Delhi.Good arrangements and coordination made by Sharmila Thakur.Everyday she called and taken our feedback and resolved issues whenever we faced. It was fantastic trip. This was most economical also.
We are so happy to have our Innova driver ji Mr.Amritpal Singh who was like our family member and he guided us for each place and location.He is such a nice human being.Due to him, we enjoyed our whole 8 days journey.We thanks him.

Suggestion: Hotel accommodation quality need to improve. Specially Delhi Hotels.

I and my family went to Shimla and manali tour by this travel.so bad hotel given in Manali which is under construction named shuru heights.and also Shimla hotel named natureville which was given 5kms out of Shimla.pl avoid Anuj Dubey.only the transporter is very good named Jassi.He is very good human being.

thanks to naresh for giving us such a fab package. this was my best tour ever. the exprience of River Rafting and para riding will keep me in my memory till life time.

Fantastic Experience

First I was searching best deal for Manali shimla tour for that I searched several travel package most of the package are out of budget for me and not proper customization
But when I got to know for connecting India they provide me good deals with proper customization

Good Points
- Top most good point is our driver(Mr.Jasminder Singh(Jessy) ) he is treat his customer like family and
he guide everything the exprience of para riding will kepp me in my memory till life time
- Arrangement from Anju Bhai and Saurabh Bhai they dont push customer for full payment . other travel agency keep saying they need 100% payment
But I find they are very good human being
- Customization of tour whatever customer demands
- Arrangement of decoration and cakes and dinner for special occasion ( anniversary, honeymoon)


Need Improvements - Hotel details with address should given prior and should given all the details
some of the hotel is change which is not as per the plan



Overall I will strongly recomend this tour .you will ejnoy this

The team of Connecting India has been very polite and active in interaction and negotiations for itinerary.

It has been fabulous experience with CI throughout the itinerary as my whole family experienced warmth hospitality and reception at all the places I have traveled and stayed.

Especially, the guide cum driver, Mr.Jasminder Singh(Jessy) has mingled with us like a family member and with lots of patience he has guided us to all the places that are worth visiting and watching. He was very cooperative. We had very nice time with his company for all the 5 days.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience visiting North India places like Chandigarh, Simla, Kullu and Manali. The paragliding and river rafting were amazing memories for our family.

Support service from Mr Anuj is very good but accommodation /room is not so good. Hotel service and food is excellent

Connecting india made a 7 days 6 nights shimla manali tour for me. Series of bad experience started from the airport itself where I had to wait for 2 hours for getting the taxi booked by reconnecting India. The drivers were literally absurd.Foul language by them did not stop till the time I told them that I don't want to travel any further with you since I am out for a pleasure trip with the family and not to hear such nonsense.1 by 1 commitments made by connecting india started failing.Out of the package given they dropped Pinjore garden,Sanket mochan temple,Fagu,kullu, Manikaran ,Vaishnu devi temple,Hadimba temple , Ralha falls..The journey is still on .Driver says he will take 11 hours to reach Chandigarh from Manali that means I will reach Chandigarh at 7 pm even if I leave at 8 am in the morning and the traveller has given me sukhna lake and rock garden as a package which will also be missed. Another worst experience was checkin at manali where the booking was not done and the operator could arrange the same for us after 1 hour of struggle.Now theye are not ready to respond to phone calls also...My only suggestion to you is go for connecting india only if you want to punish your family members. I am really feeling bad for my parents and kids for bringing them on this pathetically organised trip.
