Bhutan had always been in my bucket list and suddenly I found myself there. It was utterly exciting and unbelievable for me!!! But choosing the right tour agency was crucial and I must say Charisma Bhutan Tours and Travels was like a gift, an unexpected blessing. Not only are the guys very cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable, but they become good friends, almost like family too. Hence travelling in Bhutan was very enjoyable and comfortable. Our group felt safe, understood and well taken care of. We did not face any difficulty or inconvenience at all. If we had any queries they were looked into with utmost professionalism. I've had the best kind of experience in Bhutan with Charisma Bhutan tours & travels. They're not just hospitable but very kind, polite and friendly. I would recommend that all travellers to Bhutan collaborate with Charisma because their service is superb and their prices are also very reasonable. The hotels they booked for us had excellent services and great meals provided for us. We did not face any problems as everything was handled by Charisma tours & travels Bhutan, starting from immigration to the dropping off. One more thing, make sure the tour planning is at least one week; not less than that. We had a 4 days tour planned out and we couldn't visit many places.

It was such a joy being with Charisma Bhutan Tours and Travels. They take care of everything. They handled our visas and passports getting us across the boarder. It was easy and stress free. We had the most wonderful time at Bhutan with our guides Prakash and Ayub. They were warm and friendly, and also always punctual and attentive to our needs and requests. Highlights of our trip were the white water rafting at Punakha’s Mo Chu, and the trek up to Tiger’s Nest. The guides were so attentive that they even observed what we usually ordered, and bought our favourite snacks and drinks along the trek. They were fun and warm company to be with throughout! My experience with Charisma Bhutan Tours & Travels was amazing. A friend from Mongolia and I traveled for a week with very experienced guides and a wonderful driver. The tour operator Amos put together a great schedule for us and we enjoyed EVERYTHING we saw AND ate! The 3 star hotels/resorts we stayed at were very nice, super clean and beautiful. The meals were abundant and delicious with a lot of variety. So amazing was this tour that I am hoping I will be able to return for more!

We treated like a royal family with Charisma tour. It was an absolutely unique experience. I loved everything about Bhutan, beautiful nature with incredible ancient architecture of fortress and temple. A lot mountains, forest and wild life is so jar dropping there. I would highly recommend Charisma tour to people who interested to go Bhutan. All hotel, food and service was an unbelievable. We traveled only two of us and they treated us like a royal family. When we had hiking to Tiger's Nest our guide carried our bags and some of the clothes to the top of that temple. He was so kind to us. Our driver was just amazing guy. His name is Sonam. He never used his honk for whole week, when we were there. Specially, we traveled through India then they picked us up from Jaigon in a first place. It was big difference. Charisma tour operator Amos organized everything for us and he is great communicator, it made everything easier. As everybody knows Bhutan is not cheap country to travel but it was absolutely worth it, for whole week we didn't worry about anything about money. A Snack, water, a coffee, meals, hotel, transportation and all entrance fee to museums and fortress was included. Thank you Charisma tour.

Wow! Big shout out to Charisma for a great tourist experience! They took us to a few places and museums where we could take photographs and we felt we could ask questions about the culture. Our tour guides even helped us learn how to say thank you in Dzongkha. I didn’t feel taken advantage of but was treated as an important guest. I asked if I could buy a magnet as a souvenir and they took me to some of the local shops to search for one. Anything I needed, they were willing to help me. Next time when I’ll come back, I will want to stay longer and maybe even do some trekking.
