What's Good: Our tour was seamless without hiccup Got welcome on arrival, Owner and was caring and good . Hotel and Shikara were decent.
What's Not Good: Non booking of Gandola in advance.Visit to Varoius carpet/ Shawl outlets , , Sudden stop by driver for Lunch or such places . Could not visit Srinagar market mainly Lal Chowk. Food quality sp breakfast and Dinner in Shikara need improvement.

What's Good: We have completed our 09 days tour of kashmir trip including Srinagar, Sonmurg, Gulmarg, Doodhpathri, Pahalgam and Manasbal with captain holiday. Service of Captain Holiday was outstanding. We really enjoyed our trips. Behaviour of Drivers was also excellent & friendly. We really enjoyed the House boat. Our package was finalized and advance was given 45000. But the next day they said that they did not get the confirmation of hotel booking in Pahalgam and asked to choose another hotel. And 12500 rupees extra had to be paid.
