t all started in November 2013, when 4 young professionals in Jaipur, India – Honey, Vinny, Vics and Charlie who happened to be old friends were hanging out at a pub after a while. All of them are very fond of touring and travelling. t all started in November 2013, when 4 young professionals in Jaipur, India – Honey, Vinny, Vics and Charlie who happened to be old friends were hanging out at a pub after a while. All of them are very fond of touring and travelling. They were just trying to catch up, sharing their recent traveling experiences, criticizing the services they received while on the tours and pondering on the possibilities of how their traveling experiences could had been better. Vinny, who was already a setup entrepreneur having co-founded and successfully heading a web & mobile apps development and online marketing firm – Dark Bear Web Solutions; he came up with an idea of founding a new tourism company which will start from where all other tourism companies had left. Vics had a huge touring experience, not only in India, but around the world too. Honey was very good at liaisons and dealing with the locals. Charlie was a dreamer and a writer. They all wanted to give the tourists around the world what they themselves wanted – a tour experience with one of the most humble, admired and world renowned Indian tradition of “Atithi Devo Bhava” (means “Guest is God”) combined with quick, intense and repetitive shots of pleasure. From here came the name “Bout India”. The word “bout” literally means “a short period of intense activity of a specified kind”, and that’s what they intended to give to their customers.
