The recommendation came from a office colleague for this travels who had business experience with them and with that trust we went ahead though their quote was higher than the quotes from Thomas Cook and Sotc. There was no help done in visa processing and all documentation had to be done by us. After that hassle they said it's personalized trip which is why we paid the premium but they royally cheated by finally putting us with the typical city bus tours. For a charge of 5Lac for two families till the day of travel I would have send 60 emails to remind them of every voucher which they have to deliver. Tonight is the travel and we are still awaiting the documents. Extremely inexperienced kids are dealing with clients and have no idea of how this works. I would booked myself other than for smaller kids in our friends family. I will not recommend them to anyone. It is total waste of money and no. Value or services provided. After paying such an amount excluding airfare I am still shelling out a lot for the actual good tour spots which is not covered in their trip.
