It was a memorable trip to visit a country of happiness, country of landscapes, ie BHUTAN in the first week of June 2024. group of 12 senior citizens from Prayagraj, Bharat. We were group of 12 persons visited Bhutan in June 2024 with worthy guidance of our tour operator shri Subhash Chhetri. From NJP, we were taken to phuntsholing by Shri Nirmal Das, who entertained us all the way. Hospitality of Hotel staff in Palm, Mantra home in Thimphu and Gawaling in Paro and food was superb. Guide shri Tshering , driver shri Pema and above all our tour operator shri Subhash have taken care of all of us . In short, it was fantastic tour. Thanks to Mr Subhash and his team. We started our tour from Bagdogra to Phuntsholing on 12th March for Bhutan trip till 18th March arranged by Bhutan sai tours & travels by Subhash Chhetri tour operator. The vehicle was Ertiga with a good driver Mr.Sarad who was very polite with very Patience & safe driving.He drove us to & fro fromBagdogra to phuntsholing The remaing stay in Bhuton was a very memorable with a young driver Mr.Jwai& Friendly guide Mr. Kinley.Me & my wife felt like our own children with them.At every step they took care of us like their family members. A special mention is about our tour operate Mr.Subash Chhetri. He personally came & met us at Thimphu,wished for a Happy & memorable stay at Bhuton. As to his wishes he arranged very good food & accommodations at good locations at all places of our stay. Intially we were supposed to visit in 2020,because of covid it got cancelled. Again presently when we called Mr.Subash,he immediately responded & made the arrangements. Subhash is very courteous & responds immediately when ever we call him. He took care at every stage in making our trip safe & memorable in arranging good safe drivers,polite guide & best accommodation & staff at stay. We are thankful to Mr.Subash. It was an amazing trip to Bhutan and a wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark. All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. They took great care of my mother and my family. We thoroughly enjoyed their company. The entire process from planning to updates during the trip was very well organised and everything was perfectly executed. Our trip was excellent, and all thanks to Subash Sir for all the detailed planning & rich hospitality. Believe me, he deserves far more praise for everything. He is well spoken and superbly accommodating. The best thing is the comfort, no compromise in quality, and focus on minute details that make this agency stand out. Our hotels, tour guide (he explained everything very clearly and never made us feel rushed), & driver were wonderful, the people we met throughout were equally amazing. My father’s health wasn’t the best due to travelling in the hills on day 1 and Subash Sir would daily enquire if he needed any additional help. Not only that, he would also ask us how our day was going and if we needed any more arrangements or improvements. He felt like a family member taking care of us and we are forever grateful to him for making our trip to the wonderful country of Bhutan far better.
