We have a very bad experience with this so called travel company. In the name of gift voucher they just try to trap the visitors rather invitees. They just try to sell their product by hook & crook. They are using their gift vouchers as a bait, those are just useless! If you are not interested to purchase their offer, they just scold you. Very unprofessional. Do not take interest ever.

I got call stating I won free gift vouchers and I have to collect it from their office. They have wasted my 3 hours in showing membership presentation. Gifts which I have received are useless. They have treated us badly and we have been insulted by almost staff member after denying purchase of membership plan. it was worst situation.

Don’t go there for free gift.
Gifts are as mentioned below.

1. 12 movie tickets - upto Rs 100 reimbursement on buying of 2 movie tickets every alternate month. Will have to visit their office to get Rs 100 with original tickets.

2. Imagica gift voucher - Pune Imagica water park . Need to redeem within 16 days. It was offered in the month of January to Mumbai staying people.

3. Kalyan jewellery vouchers: 5000 cashback on purchase of 50000 fashion jewellery. Totally waste.

4. 2 nights/ 3 days holiday voucher- need to inform before 60 days. Can book standard non AC rooms for weekdays only. Hotel quality as per their choice.

These guys called me saying I have got a free gift and I don’t need to bring anything with me, just to come along with my husband and collect those free gifts. After gng there, they made us sign a form which said we would be attending a 45 min presentation after which we will get those free gifts. We went ahead to attend the presentation. During this, the executive went on repeating the same thing over and over again to sell some membership plan of travelseva and was not coming to the conclusion of the final cost of it so that we could decide over it. On asking the cost, she went on repeating everything that we had already understood and ATE away our precious 2 hours. Finally on repeatedly asking the membership cost, she calls her manager to talk to us. Manager asked us to give our decision on taking the membership without telling us the cost of the same. We said kindly let us know the money accordingly we will decide on which he said you first let us know if you are going to buy the membership or not only then we will tell u the cost. I mean, seriously? Is this how you do marketing? Or is this how u treat ur customers? After spending like 2 hours and listening to all your crappy things over and over again to come to a conclusion that since you heard this, you have to buy it at watever cost we tell you??? Or else we wont tell u the cost ( insult you in a way ) and ur 2 hours wer wasted? Not only this, but they also get into your personal details and pass comments like “ ohh!! For the first time I have seen a wife taking decisions and taking responsibilities of the finances..!!!”
I just felt like lodging a complaint about them to police as they sounded really fake to me. After speaking about the entire thing, they want to trap you somehow ( by hook or by crook ).

I had received call from team travelseva for free gifts.. i attended their presentation n found free gifts justified against marketing cost.. i have taken their basic membership and received good offers against membership. Already started using clubbing n candle light dinner was fantastic.. hope to enjoy the future holidays with Allure Travelseva...

Poor customer handling ...very imposing ..Manager says" this is what the Management wants"

Try changing your approach or try your luck with gullible customers .... you are sure to lose customers in the long run with such behaviour !

excellent services and accomodation. they suggested me to go kerala , which is my one of the most memorable trip ever.

The trip was as expected and enjoyed.

Allure travel seva did a great Job.they gave personal help whenever required.

The tour was good and we loved it we would love to some other place also like Dubai and hong kong but with good rates

Tour was organised nicely. hotels should have been better for the cost an being off season.

Best arrangements!! Had great time!!. Srilankan Chauffer Mr.Francis was very warm and the car in which we traveled was truly luxurious. Hotels where we stayed were supreme and truly world class. Value for money and Mrs Rujuta did a great job in making sure we had everything before we started trip. To sum up i would surely like to do all my future bookings with Allure Travel Seva

excellent trip! very responsive to our requests throughout the planning process and while we were on the road. Great recommendations on accommodation and restaurants. enjoyed a hassle free trip so we could relax to the max!

Everything was perfect right down to every detail. No one could have done a better job. Wherever we went, someone was there to pick us up and take us to where we had to go.  Friendly Tour guides and passionate.

Looking forward for another wonderful experience!!

Over all good but not as per my satisfaction no proper comuntcation dubai agent not getting any call from his side next day planning. One day driver drop us dubai mall but not pickup . Unknown country we lost .
