Add My Trip Tour And Travel

I booked a Char Dhaam Package from Addmyindiatrip. Currently I am on the mid of trip and thought to share my reviews.

1. Hotel Accommodation:-- Very poor and pathetic. Just enter at hotel I'm Utarkashi. I am traveling with my 80 year old mother. They didn't even inform at hotel or confirm the booking. You can imagine the frustration and unprofessional behavior. After lot of conversation matter got sorted and my mother was sitting in the car in such a hot weather. Now come back to hotel, Ankit Palace. Very dirty, bad and poor hotel ..Don't come and stay here.
We are a group of 5 people & all are above 60. Hotel they booked doesn't even have lift, imagine how my mother who is 80 will go to the 3rd floor

2. Customer service: Very Very unprofessional. They have a person at the customer desk name Krishna and some lady. They will put you on mute multiple times while talking to you and even cut the phones. Believe me I have never ever saw such a poor customer service in my life.

Hi I went to Kashmir from 28th Feb 2019 to 6th March 2019.
THE trip was very comfortable due to the arrangements made by sajjad bhai from www.addmytrip.com also due to the prevailing tensions he made sure to personally escort us through out the time we were in Kashmir for that I am really grateful to aijaz bhai from add my trip.also our driver for the trip Mr javed sheikh deserves a special mention,wonderful service and personal attention.
I highly recommend Addmytrip and I am sure to return to Kashmir pretty soon.

We both had a wonderful trip with Sajad bhai and Aijas bhai organised with Add my trip. At first, we were a bit skeptical on going to Kashmir after hearing the common chaos in the area, but now we realise that we would have missed a trip of lifetime, had we not gone to Kashmir. Kashmir is really the heaven on earth.

Whole trip was well organized by Add my trip organizers starting from the vehicle, pick up and travel, hotels etc. We were taken care very well like our family members by Aijas bhai throughout the trip. Guidance and hotel arrangements/food arrangements were perfect and as per budget.
As we went during winter time, me and my husband faced health issues but we were taken care like our own family by Aijas bhai.
We would thank Sajad bhai for his guidance and support before and throughout the trip and Aijas bhai for being such a good guide/organizer/brother.
