Abha Travels, located in Banaras, is known for being a fraudulent travel agency. Initially, the owners, Deepak and Pratima, will communicate with you in a friendly manner and even send you pictures of new vehicles. However, once you transfer the money, their behavior changes. I personally experienced this last year when I booked a Tempo Traveler and transferred 10k. Upon reaching Delhi for my trip, I was provided with an old and poorly maintained Tempo Traveler. When I confronted Deepak about the discrepancy between the photos and the vehicle, he responded rudely and refused to refund the advance payment. Being in a difficult situation, as he was a local person, I had no choice but to proceed with the same old and damaged vehicle. After a few hours into the trip, Deepak demanded full payment, threatening to cancel the booking otherwise. I kindly request you not to trust Deepak and Pratima or book any vehicles from Abha Travels.

The hospitality was good. Pick up and drop facility was the first thing that impresses me a lot. Hotel rooms is also good. Way of treating customers was also good All over the experience was very good.
