What's Good: Transportation was on time and was friendly.
What's Not Good: Itinerary could have been better as it considered of some of the very far located places

What's Good: Vietnam is beautiful . You can plan yourself. People there are honest. Prices are much affordable. Hotel are good. Indian food are easily available everywhere.
What's Not Good: We went to Vietnam with 30 Sunday travel company claiming themselves travel itinerary for couples. I found this company while scrolling Instagram about Vietnam tour. The presentation and itinerary given on Instagram reels was fascinating but who knows what would be happening. As I already warned them not to go with VIETJET as travellers review were not positive but they somehow convinced us that for Vietnam it is best Air travel company. My wies started from begining, My flight to Pho quo was delayed by 8.30 hrs in Delhi. I had been told that my luggage would be received at our final destination at pho quo while transit flight to hon chi Minh but after r
reaching Hon chi domestic flight counter told us that you need to collect luggage yourself. We went to international flight staff of VIETJET who somehow traced our luggage after 3 hrs resulted we missed our connect to Pho quo flight. As we were 12 people from India, we protested loudly which they offered to give morning flight.. After so much arguments with our booking agent of 30 Sunday he offered us to to stay for overnight at some hotel which should be responsibility of our travel agent. We lost first day of itinerary in travel. After reaching there we felt we have been sold to local travel company who picked us from our hotel and toured us cheap itinerary. The hotel stayed was told four star where as stay was like some stinking hotel near railway station of India. Any how we complaint to them which they told that review of the hotel was excellent that's why we choose for you. Nevertheless we complete the pho quo tour. Subsequent hotel in Da Nang was good which we appreciate but again in Hanoi stayed was terrible. On check in We have been told that they didn't get payment from 30 Sunday so we need to pay cash here. Inspite of getting full payment in advance before start of India. We feel cheated. Behavior of their staff Akshit, Akshay was rude and helpless after getting payment. It was 10 days tour. The Vietnam is very scenic but apart from Da Nang and Halong bay most of arrangements was below in quality. We are frequently travel overseas for last 12 years but this time found came across with some broker type company During tour one Ms Shweta projected as boss to help us at end of tour but no compensation. We won't recommend any body to tour. Reviews shown here in Google seems to be influenced or paid. Beware

What's Good: The resort was really good with very nice staff
What's Not Good: 1. Wrong information were given about airport transfer which led to health issues

2. False inclusions were included in the package to make it look attractive

I chose Maldines package with 30 Sundays. I was expecting that 30 sundays team will coordinate and keep my vacation well-organized. That’s also the reason I opted to book my flights through 30sundays, even though I found a lower fare through my corporate booking portal. Unfortunately, 30sundays team did not fulfill their responsibilities properly, and the experience was disappointing.

1. I was informed that the speed boat transfer would take 45 minutes. In reality, it took 2.5 hours. Additionally, the boat was scheduled for 5 PM, which left us waiting at the airport for 2 hours—something we were not informed about beforehand.
2. During flight check-in, the boarding pass was sent to 30sunday team’s email ID. Despite repeated calls to multiple people on their team, I received no assistance. I had to go to the airport and check in manually. This also meant I couldn’t use DigiYatra and had to wait in a long queue.
3. The return flight was booked at 3:50 PM. However, the resort staff informed us that speed boat transfers operate only at 6 AM and 1 PM. These fixed timings are standard and don’t change daily. Had we been informed, we would have asked for a morning flight or late evning flight instead. Due to this lack of communication, we were left waiting at the airport for 7 hours.
4. We had booked a 4-day, 3-night package. But because of the above issues, we effectively got only 3 days and 3 nights at the resort.

In hindsight, I feel I should have booked this trip directly with the resort. Their team guided us much better than yours did. Even the resort staff remarked that 30 sundays tour operator failed to provide proper guidance.

After spending lakhs on this vacation, this has been the most disappointing travel experience I’ve had. My previous international trips with other tour operators were far better organized. I tried 30sundays this time, but I will not be choosing 30sunday services again.

What's Good: Sumit provided excellent service and transparency, suggesting the best places to visit in Bali and helping us avoid crowded spots like Handara Gate. The on-trip support was fantastic, with a dedicated WhatsApp group for all communication. We truly enjoyed our experience!
What's Not Good: NA All the things were good. We liked everything.

I wanted to cover the key spots and have enough time with my husband. The trip was perfectly planned! :) Highly recommend as they have very strong knowledge of the destinations that they do.
