Too expensive for the service given

bad hotel in Delhi. The tour was only good in Jaipur although having to pay 3000 Rps extra for City Palace is an abuse. I could have paid just 550 but nobody informed me. Everywhere where you stop they try to cheating you.

We tried to offer our best services - The car for the entire trip was upgraded to Hyundai Creta for your smooth drives and also absorbed the extra card charges for your online payment (twice).

As per your booking, you had opted for basic 03 star hotels and were confirmed only after prior review from your end. I am not aware for what you had to pay INR 3000 for city palace? The entrance fees of City Palace is same and common for every foreign national - Although monument entrance fees were to be paid directly by your end and was not included in the package.
The external factors like hawkers and other sellers are beyond our control.

We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you will allow us another chance to serve you again.

Besides all the great tours of the sights and cities, the driver and the tour guide helped me personally when I fell and had to be rushed to the hospital in Jaipur and had 25 stitches. They arranged a top doctor. I highly recommend Tekeen and Uttam the director of my 12 day tours.

Trekeen were very good. Apart from a slight delay in meeting me at the airport they were prompt everywhere else. The car and driver that stayed with us were very polite, knowledgable and safe. The tour guides were ok, but the Agra guide Mahipal Singh was really fantastic. Best tour guide we have had.

10/10 to Trekeen travels for planning a stressfree trip for myself and my family. Uthham and tell went out of their way to make certain that we were comfortable at all time as we travelled with two young children.
The hotel booked were clean and beautiful.
The drivers (special thanks to Ajay) and guide's were always on time for our tours, as well showing us all the good eating hideout's.
As we often strayed from our itenary (so much to see), Uthham organized the changes effortlessly.
Rishikesh and Varanasi were my favorites. All religious history... amazing.
My only regret is that I did not plan enough shopping time in the local markets

It was a pleasure staying in India. And it is certainly a pleasure to say how wonderful our stay in Jaipur apartment was. It turned out to be exactly as depicted on the website, with wonderful views. Our apartments were luxurious , the living room and dining room were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the bedrooms great, the building well-maintain.. I must also compliment you on the airport transport service, Our driver was wonderful.
My only regret is 2 weeks just flew by too fast !

I was planning to visit India for quite some time and this plan came through when I along with my friends decided to take a break for our hectic schedules and venture out on an Indian Adventure. It was a 10 days trip starting from 7 Jan 2018. We covered some major and popular destinations - New Delhi Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Varanasi.
Our entire trip was planned by Trekeen Travel based in Delhi. We were warmly welcomed by their team at New Delhi Airport and were escorted to our hotels. They meticulously designed our Itinerary. They were prompt at replying to our queries and tackling some issues that made our journey hassle free and really memorable.

Good Trip Experience for School Get Together

Have used the services of Trekeen for a get together with friends in India. We were looking for light trek and preferably a place that was not too hectic. We were recommended Munsyari in Uttarakhand. We hired two cars from them and booked a hotel from them. Over all was great experience. Good and clean cars was supplied and over all both of the drivers were professional and helping. Hotels rates were surprisingly good and we found a budget deal with them. Both of the drivers were experienced in driving on hills and were very swift in their driving. The whole trip was for 5 days and was a memorable one. I would like to personally thanks Mr Uttam who worked all whole trip, he was very courteous and prompt in his replies. Looking forward to book future trips in India from them.
