Sir/Madam, The journey to Jammu and Srinagar by our family was wonderful in many ways. Initially we had our own apprehensions and the tour operator has arranged the accommodation at different places including Srinagar and other places in an excellent manner. The transport arrangement and the driver in particular was very cordial and very skilled in mountain driving which put us in very comfortable situation. Also Sri Amir Bilal interacted with us in a nice manner including my children and was very caring enough to accede to our requests. At all the places we had a comfortable and joyful stay and the vegetarian food available was also of good quality. I thank one and all of your staff including Zaima the tour co-ordinator for all the excellent arrangements made. She was almost on all days contacted us and enquired about our well being and tour arrangements. We have carried back the nice memories of J&K tour and this will be staying with us for a long time. Hi guys I lost my more than 15K money coz of misconduct between Mustaq and Minakshi. While leaving from hotel Mustaq told hotel guys to not to give our bags and even driver denied to leave us to airport though we have had pad our whole money. We had to pay extra money to Mustaq then only he allowed driver to leave me and my wife to airport. That’s was terror feeling to both of us. Seriously even I have all proofs with me now with bank details transfer of money to both of them. Even they didn’t booked flight ticket for us and we had to book ourselves and they did took charges of flight booking in advance from us. I wish I can take them to court of law soon.
I am not sure is someone can assist us to give our money back

We group of 11-12 family with would like to thank Qurat for her professionalism and standing up in difficult situation with quick hotel change options in Pahalgam.
We planned 7 nights and 8 days plan for Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam.
On way to Pahalgam one of the kid fell sick and Qurat has helped going out of the way in getting hospitals and support at hospital arranged.
We would highly recommend Odyssey travels with Mr. Mushtaq guidance the team has made our tour awesome and filled with good memories.
Poor Taxi Facility, Paid for super-delux but provided deluxe rooms in Srinagar

We paid Mustaq from Odyssey travel a good amount so that we can get good taxi facilities, good Hotel. We paid for Super deluxe rooms but Hotel was not having super deluxe rooms when we visit there. There was poor water services and no man power to provide us services, neither in restaurant not in room.
We got Innova taxies on spot to take us but they have not carried our luggage so we have to pay to coolie there.
Not recommended at all. Spent in lakhs but not happy at all

Last month I visited jammu and kashmir for a week. It was such a pleasent experience hosted by Odyssey Tours & Travels throught out the tour. The given resort was very clean and comfortable to stay with availability of excellent food. Transportation was also up to the mark. They guided us in all prospects when ever required as a tourist. Overall superb service by Odyssey team specially thanks to Saima/Hida and Manisha mam.

Odyssey Travels was the best choice I made to plan my trip with Kashmir with 3 years old twins nd hubby. We had fun to the core from the start to the end. Everything was v well planned nd organised. Hida nd Mushtaq were v approachable for everything that I wanted to know. They assured me with everything that I was worried for. My driver Jehangir Ahmed was best too. He was like a family to us. Recentally I had finished my Kashmir trip with Odessey Tours & Travels. It was such a wonderful experience as they organized trip very well in all forms. The resort they gave was very clean and the atmosphere was like home.The food was also like our own home. The transportation was up to the mark. We were alloted swift car that was in very good condition similar like new car. The pilot of our car Mr. Fazil Majeed was like litter brother and so much co-operative through out the tour. I really like to thank Mr. Mushtaq Hidam am, manishamam and Saimamam. Saimamam was taking lead from the front and did fentastic work by giving hospitality at a significant level. Again heartly thanks to brother Fazil and Saimamam for making our trip unforgattable. If any one planning for j&k trip please refer Odessey Tours before finalizing package. Odessey is best as far as my personal experience of recent tour package.

Booked tour of Kashmir through Odyssey Travels in the 2nd week of October,2023 for a week. Hotels provided in the itinerary were superb. Sedan vehicle provided was new and the pilot of the vehicle Mr. Jahangir was excellent. He was very sincere, honest and punctual. We had a seven-day trip to Srinagar, Gurez, Gulmarg, & Pahalgam. Hida from Odyssey Travels arranged all things end to end promptly & perfectly. She also contacted us throughout the trip and made sure everything is going smooth. Odyssey arranged well-experienced Mr. Aamir as our driver. He was such a nice person & throughout the way, he guided us on what to do & what not to do. Which all places we have to visit for getting best exPerience. We have visited Kashmir through Odyssey Travels - Srinagar. The arrangements made by Saima were simply mind-blowing and excellent. One very important part what I want to share with you all guys is that driver which are provided by the company are very decent and they know each and every part of Kashmir valley and they guided us and as well as showed those places which I have never heard of or seen. Very smoothly organized holiday package for 7days despite last minute disruptions due to G20. Good value for money and great people to interact with. Very warm and hospitable all through the trip.
