What's Good: Transportation done smoothly, all drivers are polite and helpful, guided us very well regarding the places and food
What's Not Good: Accommodation specially in Darjeeling was not good, for rest other places food and accommodation was great

What's Good: the drivers were really good and skilled, and the vehicles were in good condition.
What's Not Good: poor communication, no punctuality of time, for instance on Day 1 and 2, the vehicle came 2.5 hours late than the scheduled time, kept us in the dark, no information of the drivers provided beforehand, not much ease, overall a roller-coaster experience,

I will plan for Kashmir in November 2025 with you guys…

What's Not Good: Hotel rooms have no AC or Fans
Suffocation after few hours, if you open windows mosquito attack..

I had a small kid with me so for that I paid extra money for good accommodation but they provide us rooms like match box completely closed rooms no cross ventilation from anywhere washrooms are clogged no sanitation at all water bottles provided by the hotels are very dirty no one can drink water from that
They provided such hotels where they give us tap water for drinking they had very unhygienic kitchen
The kitchen was filthy and reeked of unpleasant odors
It was very bad as we couldn’t eat there although staff of the hotel was nice but we are not supposed to stay there we demanded for a good stay
Not only that but we experienced many difficulties also
It’s pathetic terrible and traumatic experience we had

What's Good: I had an amazing experience with Make My Holiday. From the moment the trip started, everything was handled with incredible professionalism and care. The organizers(Subhankar Rajak and Lakshmi Roy Murmu, ) were well-prepared, friendly, and made sure every detail was covered—from accommodations to sightseeing.

Special mention to our cab drivers, who were not only punctual and skilled behind the wheel but also incredibly polite and knowledgeable about all the local spots. They truly made our journey comfortable and enjoyable.

This was one of the best trips I've taken, and I can confidently say it was because of the exceptional team behind it. Highly recommended.

What's Good: Actually nothing.
What's Not Good: We had booked 8N 9D Sikkim Darjeeling trip from this agency.

Here are the top 4 (of many other) reasons why you should avoid booking through this agency.

1. Their executive Akash is an utterly rude person. He almost threatend us to leave us out on the last day before completing the trip. For just 100 rupees difference in the amount he expected and we paid and was also for parking which was actually included in their quotation. I have attached a screenshot of his message, apart from that he said a lot on call. He completely ruined our trip.
2. They try to push you to the lower cost options once the trip begins to maximize their profits. And if you disagree with degradation then they will charge you extra.
3. They are not transparent. They will not share actual hotel vouchers with you. Will keep saying but won't share.
4. One driver they had sent for the snow peak excursion was completely inexperienced and because of him our life was in danger. We couldn't even cover the most important points like Tsomgo lake and Baba Mandir of Sikkim.

Suggestion: Don't book with this agency. Opt from something standard or Gangtok based agency which would actually care for their guests.

Follow up to book tour package is good .. payment follow up is great .. hotels are good …listing intensity is very well .
But Communication gap between the coordinators and drivers , Drivers not covered the places what is listed in the itinerary… Drivers always thinking in their perspective .. they follow their itinerary not what listed in the Package … I am really disappointed the places that I had missed in Peeling .. Driver covered few places and took us directly to Darjeeling as he has to return early to home. He was completely drinking beer and smoking when ever we hopping…. I can understand that’s because of climate but still car smells and we can’t open windows as climate is cool and we can’t close as it’s smelling inside car … In Darzeeling the Hotel booked was in one way and it’s in up hill Drivers denied to do round about and drop at the door step we have climb 3 times that up hill and got down 3 times even at 4am in the morning ..with huge struggle and suffocation as it’s almost 70 degree enclave. Even at Darzeeling Zoo he dropped us at the zoo entrance and left to the main road as parking cost is more there …and he told us to walk all the way down almost a km to get Vehical as he can’t come up side …

After reach to Sikkim ,we came to know this state is too awesome,and we didn't got proper itineraries what actually your trip advisors make.Sikkim is loveliest,natural beauty of India that we liked more.
Trip advisors specially Mr.Aakash and his team.This tour advisors or dealers only needs payments.They only called up to make payments rather than taking daily trip updates.Unsatisfactory communication ,only they are working for income sources.
