He(Mr Nirmay Das from Andaman) asked us to cancel the trip before 2 days of our departure from ahmedabad due to bad weather in andaman, he promised to process refund in 5-7 working days,it has been 2 months..no refund…not answering phone calls,voice messages,whatsapp massages

Worst service...they degrades the hotel rooms as you paid them the whole amount. Also, after getting full amount in advance they pick your call rarely. Booking a service with them is like opting for mental harrasment

The places chosen by the agent were not operating when we went there, and the driver was not at all aware of the places around.

Everything was so well organized ,starting from the airport pickup to drop .All the hotels are good .
We have just impressed with the driver Mukesh ,he is aware of all local things,food and very quick in getting what we are exactly expecting! very much kids friendly ! And of course very punctual.
We were very happy with all the arrangements,all the transfers were on schedule and everything went smoothly for us.

Rajasthan tour--
Our eleven days Rajasthan tour was amazing. We received an worm well come from Holiday Experts when we Landed in JOIPUR airport. Holiday Experts made a beautiful arrangement for us. Mr. Upadhya of Holiday Experts was available and immediately responsive throughout our tour. They have took all feed back from us every day at night. Highly recommended. Me & my friend had a wonderful trip for 5 days ð 4 nights. The driver was so good, only problem we had was communication. Besides that, he was so patient to us. Although we r girls, we felt so safe to travel with them. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful 7 days at Sikkim, very well planned. Hi, We just planned completed a trip with Holiday Experts Jaipur in May,'19 with 5 couples.

Not one single mistake but multiple mistakes in 6 days trip which are as follows.

If you wish to wait at Airport for more than 2 hours multiple times than book Holiday Experts.

If you booked a cab for 8 & want to get surprized after receiving cab for 4 than please book Holiday Experts

If you are arriving at Terminal 1 and Cab wait at Terminal 2. No communication where they are waiting. Finally you can find them by surprisingly after 90 mins. If you wish the experience than please book Holiday Experts.

When you reach hotel and want to get panic that your room is not booked than book Holiday Experts Jaipur.

If you wish that your family should wait at lobby and hotel is not allowing to check in than please book Holiday Experts

More importantly after happening multiple incidences Holiday experts are not concerned and even more there is zero empathy. Holiday Experts are also not proactive so that the incidences should not be repeated again. They keep let it happen.

The services are pathetic and Holiday Experts are not concerned about their customers after booking the package. You cannot expect good advice from the Experts about the trip. If you wish to get Full Harassment Trip than please book Holiday Experts.

It was an amazing trip. Everything was well planned and executed. Hotels booked were excellent in service, stay and food. Transport facility was comfortable and excellent. The tour was of 5 days and 4 nights. We were a group of 8 people. Everyone enjoyed and was comfortable, secure while travelling. All thanks to Mr. Vinay, who planned the tour in a meticulous manner.

It was a nice tour provided by Holiday Experts, Jaipur. The Hotel was the best in Imphal and Transport facility was excellent along with very professional Driver. The planning of all days visits were nicely made and managed. We have covered all places in Imphal Local as well as Andro Village, Moreh (Timu Myanmar Border), Loktak, Mary Kom's Academy, Zoo etc. Weather and Air was excellent, not like the Delhi.

Only thing, we missed the New Year Celebration, no programme was organised by the hotel.

Well planned trip by holiday experts...customised according to our needs...comfortable hotel stays...thanks to vinay...v had a relaxing holiday

The Rajasthan tour from 25th Oct18 to 29th Oct 18 was excellent…We arrived at Jodhpur in the early morning 5.00am. The Car driver/bhaiya was already present in the parking, he welcomed us. Later we moved to hotel “Marwar Excellency”, accommodation at this hotel is really nice, especially the breakfast/food taste was exceptionally good.
This day we traveled sightseeing tour of Jodhpur. Next day moved to Jaisalmer/sam dunes. We arrived in the evening in our Tent “Camp E Khas”, after a quick break, we went for camel ride. We had a bad experience with the camel ride which was included with the charges of this tent. We wanted to enjoy sand dunes so we hired private camel vehicle ride, it was really nice. At Tent Folk dance & food was good. It would be more fun if more families were gathered (only 6 families were present). We wanted to enjoy sand dunes even more so next day morning from 6.00 to 8.00 am we enjoyed jeep safari. Then we moved to Jaisalmer and had a glimpse of forts. Next 2 days we travelled to Bikaner & Jaipur. Whole travelling was in our Toyoto Etios car, it was really comfortable. The behavior of our driver bhaiya was excellent (as we demanded from our tour operator). Overall we enjoyed fabulous forts, carved Havelis, Temples, Royal touch & culture of Rajasthan ….In nut shell it was an awesome tour for us…

I'm very glad to inform you all that my family tour covering Agra Fort ,Sikkri and Fatepur, Jaipur ,Ajmir, Mount Abu, Udaipur with 7night and 8 days required time was most enjoyable by the super services of trip craft management. I am very happy and satisfied with full co-operation of this Traveling company.

We took a package for delhi and agra. It was a good experience in delhi. But in agra as per my request of watching the Taj Mahal in moon light couldn't be fulfilled. It was a satisfying trip with the package. We felt secure enough to travel with the people. The driver was good, the hotels were good enough, though we booked them in an urgency. The communication was also appropriate. And the cost was affordable. Everything was done on time.
