It's a very bad experience from this travel I can only write please before you book any trip with this company don't make a payment before the trip otherwise you are definitely going to be in problem. We had a horrible experience

With due respect, the reason your are writing this review is that you cancelled your trip on 31st march when your arrival was on 1st april i.e. 1 day before the arrival you wanted to cancel the trip and wanted a full refund or a rescheduling of the trip to a later date without any charges. We had shared the cancellation policy with you before you made the first payment to us and the fact that you had booked 4 star package made it impossible for us to give you any refund as we were being charged 100% from the hotels and cab vendor. We had received confirmation from all your hotels that 100% cancellation charged would be applied. Inspite of the that, we gave you complimentary 4 rooms in luxury houseboat on 4th April which was not in your package, plus we did a complimentary upgrade of your cab from Tavera to Innova.
We take your feedback positively. However, in case the traveler cancels the trip 1 day before arrival, they will have to pay the cancellation charges and the travel agent has no role to play in it.
