Disappointing Experience with GoldenSky Holidays.Poor Customer Support and Unprofessional Driver. My recent experience with GoldenSky Holidays was far from satisfactory. The disappointment only escalated during the tour itself. The driver somu, assigned to our group exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and a disdainful attitude towards the passengers. Not only was he rude and uncommunicative, but his reckless driving made us feel unsafe throughout the journey. All the way he was talking over phone, even in ghat roads the situation was same. Kanth Raj was demanding for money even before the trip was completed and the driver left without proper assistance. The vehicle privided was faulty and doesn't have proper documentation, which is Innova KA03AB8333. The driver somu doesn't have minimum sense to refuel the vehicle and made us travel with out AC in hot summer for more than 2 hours. Despite attempts to address these issues with the company, their response was dismissive and apathetic, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with GoldenSky Holidays and Kanth Raj was marred by incompetence and indifference, and I would strongly advise against booking with them.

We had a trip to Kerala with package of 4N/5D. Wonderful experience, everything goes well. Rooms are pretty good and some disappointment in boat house, rather than everything goes well. Mainly Renju who came as a driver he is very friendly and shown us everything. Thank you Kanth Raju making this trip memorable, he arranged everything good.

We had a wonderful trip of 5 nights and six days trip to mysore, coorg and waynad. Kanthraj was very cooperative, helpful and very accomodative in arranging our trip for three as we all three of us ladies wanted to share one room. The driver Roshan arranged by him was very patient, helpful and took care of us throughout our trip. Thanks for everything.

Just wow... The service was tooo good, beyond imaginations, and expectations. The rooms wer excellent , and the houseboat was amazing. We fell in love with the boat. The house boat was really beyond our expectations. Seriously dream came true. Best packages best services. The cab driver saaji was too good, he treated us very good all the days , very friendly and explained everything nicely. Thumbs up to the team. ??

One of the most irritating experience we had in our holiday because of improper planning from advisor Mr.kanthraj. once the package is booked he is done with his work . Golden sky never reaches customer how the tour is going . We had worst experience of the room booked @ resort and improper holiday planning .we reached about the issue ,he say that he will speak to the respective people .but he never turns back. Try to book a holiday through golden sky if u involve into the planning never rely on advisor ,because he never turns back once the package is booked.

One of the worst trips, specially when with family. The hotels or resorts booked were cheap or seemed were first timers. Deluxe rooms seemed cheap and hotel staff in allepey (royale park) was absolutely disgusting. Room was arranged after we reached there and by making us wait. We were not even before time of check in. After this they gave a room which seemed ill set up or by putting up make shift beds. Terrible customer service and charged high. Resort in Munnar was remote, so remote that one could wonder if they were in a forest. With no signals, no connectivity and absolutely dismal roads. Rooms were such that one could hear what other room mates were talking, where is the privacy?!? Well the agent also made last minute changes to the plan and earlier promised discount was not given. All this and more was a pain to deal with Golden Sky Holiday ( Kanthraj) . I would not recommend this to anyone including my enemies.

I had a very great experience with Golden sky holidays. Excellent service and cab driver was also good and smart. Was well informed with all the places in South India
