Booking Experience : We were group of 6 planned for 9N/10 Trip.Places covered Gangtok,Lauchen,Pelling,Darjeeling.Mr Santhosh from Cloud tour had taken all requirements and has given full itinerary.I felt package cost was reasonable.Booking advance of 20% was made. Trip Experience : On arrival to Bagdogra airport we were welcomed by Santhosh, he gave hotel vouchers of all places and a nice Innova Crysta was arranged for Trip. The driver was quite friendly, he was giving details about the places being visited. Places visited : Gangtok : Water falls,Zoological park,Hanuman Temple Tsomogo lake : Could not able to get permit on first day due to snowfall en-route to Tsomgo lake, we were quite dis-pointed, luckily permit was given on next day.It was a scenic drive from Gangtok to Tsomgo lake, the entire like was frozen.we took cable car to top of hills, and had some good time in snow at the top of mountains.The temperature was quit low and winds made to harder to spend long times at the top of hill. Lauchen: Drive to Lauchen was bit hectic as there was repairs being done in some stretches, on the was saw Butterfly water falls and first dam build for hydro electric project.The temperature in Lauchen was around 3 when we reached and started dipping as night appraoched, even the room heaters were not sufficient to keep us warm.It was a good experience. Next day we went to Katao, where there was good place covered with snow to play around, we played in snow and spent lot of time there. Pelling : On the way to Pelling visited Chardam temple.Visited Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake & Khangchendzongha waterfalls. Darjeeling : Visited tiger hills and had good view of Khangchendzongha,Batasia loop,Tea garden.Few of places were closed as it was republic day. Overall it was a good trip, with Nice hotel arrangements and good transport.Mr Santhosh would call everyday to make sure everything is going on as planned. I would suggest Cloud tour if anyone planning a trip to Sikkim.

We recently visited Gangtok and Darjeeling..And we planned our travel with Cloud tours ..Overall it was a nice experience..Special mention to Reneka Paul whose behavior on phone impressed me and I chose this travel over others. She was constantly in touch with us and trying to plan the trip nicely for us. Also driver Jojo was really great and expert. Other drivers were also good.Only a few area of improvements- Firstly Please try to understand customer requirements in a better way. We had more luggage than usual which we told them beforehand but since they have got a set format of providing wagoner to a family of 3..they provided wagoner where our one big luggage had to be put in the seat itself. Although they sorted it out later for which we thank them . Also information that it will be hot till we reach Sikkim was not given to us and we didn't know and opted for non AC car..and had to face lot of discomfort specially for my son it was a not so good journey till Sikkim. Also the permit of changu lake/ baba mandir was not obtained on time even after we submitted all the documents one night before. Because of this we could not visit baba mandir as it was too late and there was a huge jam. So if these things are taken care off I think it will b a much better as a travel partner than others.

This tour operator was excellent in personal management. Santhosh will be constantly in touch with us and act swiftly in case of a complaint. Hotels, travel and food given was of great type and i would recommend people to choose him for your travel needs.

Cloud tours have managed our trip in the most comfortable way. We all are very happy with this travel agency. Excellent communication, polite reply and the best cabs with well mannered drivers were the appreciating part of the tour. The hotels they have provided at different locations were excellent . I want to put on record the special thanks to Mr. Santosh as well as the soft spoken, most polite girl (whose name is not known to me) who remained always in touch with us while planning the tour as well as during tour at Sikkim and Darjeeling. Thank you very much for all you have done for us.

Cloud tours really supported us very well through out the tour. Gangtok and darjeeling hotels are good. Drivers are user friendly through out the tour. As mentioned in the quotation all planned visiting places has been seen. 5days gone very beautifully.

We had been to 5 day-6 Night Darjeeling & Gangtok trip through the Cloud Tours. Had an awesome experience. Considering that everything was arranged in a matter of 1 day(I booked for the trip in a busy season on Saturday for trip starting on Sunday) , really appreciate the arrangements. Few of the points 1. Communication - They ensure that they are in constant touch with you throughout the tour. They made a courtesy call even after reaching home. 2. Timeliness - The drivers assigned to us were dot on time each day. Airport pickup and drop was also on time with absolutely no time wasted. 3. Value for Money - Cars were good. Drivers very polite. Hotels were excellent for the category booked(Pride in Darjeeling and Nirvana Inn in Gangtok). 4. Willingness to listen- they were ready to make amends and take your feedback. 5. Tour Guide - We had a mixed experience and probably luck on who the driver would be. In Darjeeling, the driver was very polite and safe driving but did not talk much. He just dropped us point to point with little overview of the place. We would have appreciated a little more Insights of the various places we see. In Gangtok, the driver was able to give some overview of each place we saw. So not sure if Cloud Travels has any control on this. But a point for improvement. Overall a reliable agency for Darjeeling and Gangtok based on our positive experience. Special mention of Prava and Santosh who made this trip memorable.

CLOUD TOURS gave us a beautiful experience of Sikkim , we covered all the places as per schedule , the cars arranged for us were good and the drivers were explaining us about the prominence of the places we went to, the cloud tours staff are very understanding and they make sure customer satisfaction is the their top priority. The trip arranged for us was amazing and I thank cloud tours for making it special for us. The only one suggestion I would give cloud tours is to not to recommend HOTEL KLIFTON CROWN in LACHEN , as the rooms are maintained very badly and the staff have no idea about basic cleanliness .

We had a very good service from Cloud Tours, i.e. Rooms, food and car arrangements for travelling to different cities was very nice. They have preorganised our trip for 5 days in very proper way. The drivers we got throughout the trip were really good and experienced. They showed each and every places with a patience and they drove very safely. Really Appreciate their services

Went to entire Sikkim trip for 7days. It was a good experience with cloud tours. Organized the iternary properly, cab's and rooms booked were good. Gone to natula pass, zero point as extra to iternary. Each day we had good communication with cloud tours people about the tour. It's preferable to choose cloud tours if any one planning Sikkim trip.. Finally thanks to Prava and Santhosh on organizing the trip very well..

1. 2 days stay in Darjeeling - They arranged a cab to pick up from Bagdora airport. Cab driver is very friendly. He almost covered all the sites on the way. He is on time and never hesitate to stop on the way we asked for. Comfortable and excellent stay @ "Elite Hotels" in Darjeeling. Good hospitality ensured. 2. 3 days in Gangtok - cabs for sightseeing arrived on time and dropped safe. They guided good due to changing climatic conditions. Excellent service and stay in the Nirvana Inn , Gangtok. ** Cloud travels co-ordinator stay connected via watsapp, on the places we visited during our travel. He ensured every moment was comfortable and happy. Thanks Cloud Travels for our best trip.
