Taking this opportunity to share my very first review in google. Would like to convey my big thanks and appreciation for Mr. Syed (Battuta travels) whom I came to connect through a travel portal. Right from the onset, Syed ji helped me design a well customized Kashmir tour package based on my requirements and budget scoping. Having an indepth knowledge and good networking within the Kashmir valley, Syed ji made a well suited itinerary which was comfortable in terms of a balanced mix of relaxation, enjoyment and fun. The choices of suggested hotels were very excellent. My family of seven members enjoyed the hospitality of all the hotels we stayed at Katra, Pahalgam and Srinagar respectively. In one of the hotel stays we had a minor issue where hotel folks were not activating the room heater facility for us. I reached out to Syed ji and within a few minutes he personally spoke with the manager and ensured that the heater issue was addressed promptly. I would recommend Battuta travels very highly for his professionalism and personal engagement throughout the tour. For the commute part, he had provided a very good driver (Haider bhai) who was very helpful and courteous. He made the whole commute part look so comfortable and easy. He provided a few good tips and guidance on the trails and tourist places. Thank you sir on behalf of my family. Will recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances for Kashmir tour plans, if any. Awesome service and professionalism. We had a 7 days 6 nights plan to cover Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg. The airport pickup and drops were flawless. The driver was very professional and on time every time. We had a great experience with Battuta travels.

My first trip to Kashmir was made easier when I was put in contact with Battuta adventure tour and Yasir bhaiya. He created itinerary based on our comfort considering we were travelling with a child. Never had issue with hotels and cabs. He ensured we get Veg food and are safe and sound all the time! Must recommended. Thank you so much!!

We were a group of 10 people,we visited Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Srinagar as per the itenary given by Yasir bhai.All hotels were good and food was good too, and the moment we had a problem with anything Yasir bhai was just a call away to solve the problem...which says a lot about Battuta travels.We had 2 very flexible drivers with us who were well versed with the locals and places,so extra points for that.House boat was not upto the mark for which Yasir bhai gave us an alternate hotel. I will add the extra service given by Yasir bhai was arranging gandola tickets for us and recommending ticketing agents too. Very cooperative people,more like family I highly recommend planning Kashmir holidays with Battuta travels.

We had 10 nights tour with Battuta Travels booked via Iqtida including Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Srinagar and Katra. Overall it was really enjoyable experience as J&K had late winter this year so we got see plenty of snow. The taxi which took us around was great and hotels we stayed in were also good. There was a misunderstanding during our houseboat stay which wasted a lot of time but that was the only inconvenience on this trip. I would recommend to friends and family!
