This was my first trip with Balaka and i intend to plan many more arranged tours with them in the future.Indraneel arranged my Sikkim,Kalimpong and Darjeeling trip very carefully and within a reasonable budget.What i really liked was the voucher concept.That made it easier for us to make the payments at the destined locations. Thank you Indraneel for the wonderful trip.

I’d booked a tour of Darjeeling and Gangtok. The places are incredible and so was the entire trip. The transit was hassle free and smooth, stay was amazing, got to see the best of both the places. Cannot thank enough.

We recently planned our East sikkim tour with Balaka tours and travels. Even though we had to cancel once and reschedule, they helped us in every step of the way. The tour plan was well executed and all the necessary arrangements were done. The hotels were nice and we had a comfortable stay. They also help you come up with a good travel plan within budget and provide valuable suggestions. All the money transactions were extremely transparent and we were given bills for each one of them. Best part is they were always available whenever we called them and we always had a pleasant conversation. I highly recommend BAlaka tours and travels. It's nice to see them do such a good work.

Experiences had been a good enough.Last one was on the last week itself.Indranil Da takes special care of the tourists requirements.The hotels were satisfactory (as per our requirement).Most importantly he is very polite and soft spoken & always keeps calm..The image is the view from the room we stayed in haridwar.

We had recently gone to visit Silk Route.. Thanks to Balaka.. the visit was awesome.. the stays in hotel were good.. the driver they provided was very friendly and polite... Mr. Balaka (sorry I forgot his name ) was always available when we had a confusion or doubt or any managing issues.. So thanks again..
