I heard about Halu travels by word of mouth and chose them as my vacation planner. They didn’t let me down. 10/10 for everything. Pricing, planning, friendliness, communication, everything about them was perfect. I need to thank Miki as she went above and beyond to make our vacation special. People like her deserve more appreciation for making tourists make love Vietnam more. I totally recommend Halu tours if you want to explore the best of Vietnam within your prefer budget. I like the way Ms. Han organized the tour. There was no waiting any where. She made the trip memorable. The hotels were super good. Guides are friendly and informative. The vehicles provided are good. She is available all the time and takes reviews about the services. Overall travel with Halu Vietnam tours is great.

We went on a 9-day tour with Halu Vietnam Tours, where we stayed in 3-4-star hotels and enjoyed daily breakfast and lunch. Our tours were accompanied by amazing guides, and we had hassle-free flight transfers between cities. We are grateful to Mrs. Han for managing our trip, taking care of us, and keeping us informed about the bus pickup schedule for the next day.

We booked our 10 day trip via Halu tours and it was perfect ! Booking requires a lot of thought and time to time management for a smooth experience and thanks to them we were able to enjoy a wonderful time. Most important of all: communication- we landed- our driver was ready, he already knew our airbnb location and if there was a problem at all even late night our operator miss Anne would gladly help out. Next day our route was already set with stops in between for lunch and every single one of the tour guides provided were knowledgeable and friendly, they also helped out with other personal needs like finding places for shopping particular items. Overall as a family of 4 our experience was very smooth and we definitely recommend it

It was excellent traveling with halu vietnam travel. We had a 7 nights 8 days trip covering all the major tourist spots like hanoi, halong bay, da nang, ho chi minh without even a single problem, be it travelling,be it pickup from hotels or from airports we didn't had any problems. I was traveling with my parents they enjoyed the stays in hotels booked by them,the itinerary made by halu is good and price comfortable. The tour guides were also good in English and very humble. I have searched many tours n travels in Vietnam but halu was wonderful. The cars were all comfortable to move n sit as described by them in d itinerary. We had a pleasant n wonderful time staying in Vietnam. And Han is wonderful and tina is amazing in her work of tour guide.

We had the best ever International holiday in Vietnam thanks to Halu and team.
We were there for 10 days(Saigon,Hoi An,Da Nang,Halong Bay and Hanoi) and Halu made sure that everything was taken care of.
She herself came to pick us up in Saigon and arranged best possible Hotels and vehicles for us.
Everything was as per the itinerary and nothing was missed.From picking us from Saigon airport to dropping us back to Hanoi airport after completion of the tour everything was well organized.
We had compared multiple agents before choosing Halu Holidays and it was worth it.
As we had informed that we are vegetarians they had arranged veg food for us everywhere.

Recently wrapped up a 6 day trip to Vietnam planned and organized by Halu. I covered Ninh Bing, Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and Ho Chin Minh city including transfer from airport, a boat cruise and private guided tour to destinations. Dont think enough can be said about the hospitality, professionalism, promptness and quality of experience Halu and her team gave us. It was excellently planned and most importantly our entire family of 7 were never made to feel like tourists. We were always looked after, always prompty taken care of and any requirement we raised was addressed immediately by them. I would 100% and more recommend traveling with them as they truly focus on travel experience and nothing else distracts them.

I got contact of few travel agents through Trip Crafters however Halu Vietnam Tours were the most responsive and offered best prices and the best itinerary in the time we had covering Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay Cruise and Ho Chi Minh. I had thought it would be hectic due to the number of places packed in but the level of personalization made it a pleasure. In fact, we were thinking they must be new and have less clients and therefore trying to please. I was surprised they are running for 6 years now and there were other groups of Halu tours also alongwith. The restaurants they chose were amazing. We had told for Vietnamese food through out but one dinner we wanted Indian and they very happily changed it. Keep it up.

It was my anniversary trip and I decided to explore Vietnam but I was not too sure about the services hence I left my query on Tripcrafters and from there I got introduced to Halu Vietnam tours. Trust me this is my best experience I have ever had in my life. I plan a foreign trip every year on my anniversary and this is the best one we had.
