What's Good: Horrible trip experience ever had in my life
What's Not Good: Our experience with Yattri Tours, Varanasi was shocking and distressing. We were locked inside their office on the payment day and forced to pay extra despite multiple service breaches. We paid for 3-star accommodation but were given a poor-quality hotel, and even the Ganga boat was damaged. Instead of apologizing, MD Kasiff misbehaved, causing medical distress to my mother. Even now, they are pressuring us to remove our review. This is unacceptable, unsafe, and disgraceful in a holy city. Extremely dissatisfied — tourists should think twice before choosing Yattri. Strict action from UP Tourism is needed.

VERY DISSATISFIED

I strongly advise everyone not to choose Yattri Tours & Travels, Varanasi. Our experience was terrifying and deeply disappointing. We were locked inside their office on the day of payment and forced to pay extra, even though Yattri had breached multiple service commitments. We had paid for 3-star hotels but were placed in poor-quality accommodations, and even the boat provided for the Ganga ride was damaged, risking our safety. Instead of apologizing, the MD, Mr. Kasiff, behaved rudely and disrespectfully, which left my mother traumatized and in medical distress.

What’s worse, Yattri staff are now pressuring us to delete our reviews rather than owning up to their misconduct. Such behavior from a travel company in a holy city like Varanasi is unacceptable and dangerous. Tourists should think twice before choosing Yattri — your family’s safety and peace of mind are far more valuable. Strict action by UP Tourism is urgently needed.

What's Good: The first person who is related to Yatri, Varanasi met on 20th Oct was Mr Sonu, Driver at Varanasi Airport. Almost for the entire day through some hours of the night also he spent his time with us. As more than a driver he is a very good tourist guide. The hotels in which we stayed, from where we had our lunch or other food items all had very good liaison with Mr Sonu. More than the other persons like wheelchair walas, guides, poojaries etc. etc. he keeps very good relationship. The cleanliness in all restaurants is of high order. regularly supplied ingredient in any time food, which is not very palatable to all of us.

The food that we had from any hotel for that matter was very good except for Paneer was a regular supplied.

Overall the percentage of marks the whole set of people who provided the service was of high rank, say 80-85%. We will remember you throughout and also recommend other known tourist to contact when needed. We all wish the team of yaatri be the best tour operators in your region.
What's Not Good: The bed materials like blankets were not of good standard in some hotel-rooms.
Some of the bathrooms were slippery.

What's Good: I and my family had a excellent trip of varanas,Prayagraj & Ayodhya ,Agra & Mathura with the yattri and Sonali Madam had made sure the trip went well without any troubles

What's Good: AMAZING SERVICE AND ITINERARY PROVIDED...I WOULD LOVE TO TRAVEL WITH Yattri AGAIN..
What's Not Good: i would like to share just one suggestion that the driver was not aware of the places..So we had to like keep him guiding through google maps.

What's Good: Overall planning was good. but execution needs further improvement. We had slight hitches here and there with respect to hotel arrangements. The conveyance arranged was fine and the driver was skilled and well mannered, though slightly lacking in punctuality. The tour organisers were very cordial, polite and receptive to our suggestions. One suggestion is for the tour operator to coordinate with the hotels and detail the plans before the guests arrive so that no confusion arises at the reception counter on arrival. Overall I will give a rating of 8/10

The trip was well arranged and executed. The team was very helpful. Though could not have the famous banaras paan or chat, had good time there.
