"I wanted to avoid big operators like MMT and ClearTrip after reading lot of reviews. So I decided to go with a local operator. I came across MET & H operator after sending my request to Trip Crafters. Initially I was little hesitant to choose MET & H since there was not much reviews available online. I have asked for many customization in the initial plan they sent, which they done it promptly and looked very professional in their replies. So i decided to go with them. Everything was well planned and executed as mentioned in the trip plan without any deviation.They were very punctual as well which i liked very much. "Not knowing, we hesitantly contacted Estire Tours & Travels in India for a (7days )Kerala tour package. Travel Consultant, Mr.Raghu Narayan, Managing partner responded our enquiry with great interest and planned our tour to our requirements. He is foreign trained and understands foreigners level of comforts. It was a great pleasure meeting him when he received us at the Cochin airport. Good vehicle and driver Pradeep made our tour more enjoyable, comfortable and filled the gap of local language barrier.
