My overall experience with the trip was good. The travel agent helped us throughout the trip very politely. She kept us informed about everything beforehand. Regarding the hotels and hotel staffs, hotel staffs were very polite and supportive. Hotels were far off from the tourist locations and were present in very interior part. Hotel in Gulmarg was beautiful. Cab Driver was also polite and helpful. Gondola Phase 2 was our best memory in the entire trip. It was very beautiful and peaceful. Worth waiting in the queue for the Gondola ride.
