Iyaatra and Ms. Simran c/o iyaatra did curated our transfers and sightseeing as per our requirement!! We took a package for transfers ans sightseeing in Pattaya. Well coordinated! ???? Not once we had to call the driver or the manager for our vehicle or anything! They were on spot and helpful. I must say Ms.Simrans' follow up was too good!! It was a last minute plan that too on a new year season time she was too kind and helpful! My suggestion for betterment would be cross check the vehicle type/size depending on ur luggages and lunch provided can be improved. Iyaatra can give feedback to the concerned person in Thailand. Thank you iyaatra and Ms. Simran for a peaceful holiday! ???

Our Recent Trip to Dubai with Iyaatra Holidays. 1st for the family and of course many arranged by Iyaatra. Yet again Iyaatra shines exceptionally bright for us as it was the second vacation we planned for our family after Kerala. Thoroughly professionally organised. Key highlights being : Seamless day to day itinerary and retrieval of the entry tickets to the attraction booked. Since our package was a complete turn key, the pick up and drop off from the cabs were at a strict precise time which in turn helped planned our itinerary in the best possible manner. Star attraction from Iyaatra was the arrangements made at Desert Safari. Another upbeat and kindness by Iyaatra was getting the best rates possible on the hotels that we chose to stay not what the travel agency pushed us to stay. Being available on call and message at all times was a sense of comfort given unlike some unprofessional agencies who after taking the entire package cost forgets to check back as the purpose of retrieving the money is solved already. Just a heads up on slight improvement needed on the selection of cruise which in turn we did not find what was shown. Barring this small piece, rest for all what was committed was 100% delivered. PS : From multiple changes in the itinerary to visas to ticket bookings to hotel bookings to excursions booking to various transfers and coming back to India everything at all time was served with smile. Special mention to Aishwarya and Simran on making this trip cherish for life. More to come.
