I had booked trip to Singapore with Down Town Travels for my parents (senior citizens). They had a great time in Singapore. Every thing was smooth and they came-back with lots of memories. Not a single star rating deserved, Staff don't have manners to talk to their customer, Specially Mr. Bhaskar. I asked him to give me contact number of his owner but he rudely refused. Showing off too much attitude. Do not deal with them.
