Awesome service and professionalism. We had a 7 days 6 nights plan to cover Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg. The airport pickup and drops were flawless. The driver was very professional and on time every time. We had a great experience with Battuta travels.

We were a group of 10 people,we visited Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Srinagar as per the itenary given by Yasir bhai.All hotels were good and food was good too, and the moment we had a problem with anything Yasir bhai was just a call away to solve the problem...which says a lot about Battuta travels.We had 2 very flexible drivers with us who were well versed with the locals and places,so extra points for that.House boat was not upto the mark for which Yasir bhai gave us an alternate hotel. I will add the extra service given by Yasir bhai was arranging gandola tickets for us and recommending ticketing agents too. Very cooperative people,more like family I highly recommend planning Kashmir holidays with Battuta travels.

We had 10 nights tour with Battuta Travels booked via Iqtida including Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Srinagar and Katra. Overall it was really enjoyable experience as J&K had late winter this year so we got see plenty of snow. The taxi which took us around was great and hotels we stayed in were also good. There was a misunderstanding during our houseboat stay which wasted a lot of time but that was the only inconvenience on this trip. I would recommend to friends and family!

Yasir is a genuine pure soul, a wonderful & professional travel agent who planned a customised solo trip for me in Kashmir. All the bookings from Shikara Ride to Hotels to the Car (with my driver - now a brother Aijaz bhai) was top notch. We faced certain issues with the hotel at Pahalgam and within 10 minutes, he got the booking changed to a better property there. That says a lot about his caring nature towards his clients! He took care of my likings and planned it accordingly. There might be bigger travel companies but finding a companion like Yasir is a rare gem. One must plan their solo/friends/family trip to Kashmir through him and make the most of this paradise land!!

We 3 families booked our Kashmir holidays thru Battuta Adventure Tours from 23rd January to 28th January. The package was cost effective. The Innova driver was polite & fully conversent with all the tourist places. Hotels were of premium category (4*level) with all amenities. Wide spread food & very tasty. Enjoyed the snowfall at Betab valley. A good experience with gondola ride. Snow activities at Sonmarg was memorable. We are planning one more tour to see Tulip garden, apple farm after few months. We will definitely recommend Battuta Adventure Tours to my friends circle. I have overall rated Battuta Adventure Tours 5*.
