I had a very bad experience with this travel agency which i would like to share. This agency provides referral commissions to its customers if the pkg is done by the recommended party. I got a package of Kerala made by Holiday Circle/ Southern Holidays situated at Noida whose owners are Sreedip & Suresh. Full payment was made to them. Problem started from the very first day. Tempo traveller broke down in the way & they had to get down & push. They faced problems with the hotels also. In spite of several calls to them they did not offer any help. This trip was completed in september 2016 but till now they have not paid me the referral commission promised by them. They dont answer my calls & have put my number on the block list. This type of agency is cheating people & their business partners also. I request you all to be aware of this type of agencies.

Nice experience except some disturbance at Manali. I am yet to receive the cost of the cancelled flight from Katra to New Delhi.

Trip Arranged for us is quite good.
But Main Issue are Arrangement of driver is not proper. Driver is new for the route & he is not aware of the places to visit also is not aware about the roads. The places that our knowledge were searched through Google Map & also drive according to Google map. This creates loss of time.we Lost so many places due to time management. Though the driver is co-operative & in good nature. He tried to collect the information from local person as he can.
Secondly the arrangement & service at Munnar hotel is not satisfactory.

Thanks to all the arrangements made by Holiday Circle team.

Everything was fine except two things,

1. Bad driver behaviour (Driver name Mr. Udai) very greedy person and behaved very rudely at times.

2. Issues faced by us at Hotel Acacia Inn (Jaipur) viz. Hotel was not 3re star and Work was going on in all rooms for geezer fittings and room was stinking due to pesticide treatment done on doors etc. Hot water was given in buckets.

Due to above problems second night stay at Jaipur was arranged at Hotel Golden Tulip (4star) by Holiday Circle.

I appreciated with Southern Holidays and every thing was OK my last trip.
