10N11D Europe Tour August 2017 (France , Switzerland & Italy)

This August (2nd to 12 August) I went to Europe tour along with my wife and daughter. Vknonnect arranged my Land Package and also booked my air ticket. I was introduced to Vkonnect by my friend Amitabha Ghoshal. Initially, I was bit hesitant as I was not knowing them. However, I got to know them through mails and telephone calls. I sent so many mails asking many questions and they answered all my queries and finally settled my package.
Vkonnect arranged all my tours and required transfer from airport, hotel to Paris station and finally Rome city hotel to Rome airports. All arrangements were very nice and with proper information. I did not face any problem throughout my trip to find hotels, to meet tour group or agent in Paris, Zurich , Venice, Florence and finally in Rome.
It was a fantastic tour and all of us enjoyed thoroughly. We did not have any problem. Vkonnect was always available whenever I contacted them.
All tour agents in different cities like Paris City Vision, Best of Switzerland, I love Rome etc were also good and were very cooperative. Vkonnect also arranged a private tour by car for me to go to Pisa from Florence hotel.
I went from Kuala Lumpur and came back to Kuala lumpur without seeing and meeting Vkonnect staff in India. all communications were through mails and calls.
So my experience with Vkonnect was very good and would love to book with them for my domestic and international tours

We are a team of 15 people and we booked our Rishikesh trip with VKonnect, after being pointed to by tripcrafters. Everything for us went smooth. Rate was very reasonable. We got a good riverside resort for staying and we did rafting and rappling in Rishikesh. The resort booked for us by VKonnect had awesome food and ambience. Would love to book with them again.
good, we enjoyed alot but we didnot like their selected hotel at Kusani and they did not give us a trained driver of that specif naital pakage but he was good and we enjoyed
