Trip Anthem

The overall experience of the trip was good except for the Darjeeling part. It felt like we wasted the whole day at Darjeeling. I would advise managing that well next time. Make sure that there is no Thursday during Darjeeling local sightseeing. Apart from this, Sikkim was super awesome. People were really friendly and helpful which enhanced our experience by many folds.

We had a nice tour of Darjeeling and Gangtok from 22nd to 28th of September 19. The tour was well organized by Trip Anthem. The tour coordinator Bidesh did an excellent job of coordinating with us throughout our tour. He was in touch with us throughout the tour providing us necessary information about our day to day tour programme, vehicle and the driver information through WhatsApp and over phone. The hotel accommodation and food is of good quality. Only one problem we had was that the hotel accommodation provided in Gangtok was very small and not up to the mark. Only after our request and after the intervention of the tour coordinator Bidesh, the hotel management provided a better accommodation. Over all our experience with Trip Anthem has been very good and we strongly recommend Trip Anthem for all those who would like to visit these places.

Taxi and drivers were excellent. Followup by trip anthem was great. But, hotels were a big let down. We were assured 4 star hotels and payment was made accordingly, but the hotels provided did not even seem starred.

We have visited Sikkim between 14/09/2019 to 20/09/2019. We were 5 people.Ms Malika planned our trip in very organized manner and our coordinator Ms Mampi coordinated our trip very well from day one to till our departure.We requested to keep same driver and vehicle of first day for our rest of Trip she provided the same.She was taking feedback about our trip regularly.Hotel location of pelling was awesome which is suggested by them.Overall our trip was awesome except one thing that at Hotel Tashigang Resort they provide us bread in breakfast which was with fungus and very disappointing.
Thanks to Team Trip Anthem for making our trip memorable.

It was a good trip. we enjoyed a lot but only one complaint that that have not taken us to Baba Harbajan simgh temple as they promised,
Its absolutetly yotur mistake.

Well I had experienced trip anthem's hospitality during 1st week of August 2019 when I booked a trip to gangtok and Darjeeling. Their team Coordination was superb. They just take care of their customers as family members. You can contact them at any time of the day and their responses were also outstanding. I had personally not met my trip coordinator (Mr. Bidesh) but whenever we converse over the phone his response was so polite and caring. The only reason I took away a star from their feedback were the HOTELS. The room of the hotel in gangtok was not upto the expectation but their hospitality was good. The infrastructure of the hotel in Darjeeling was good but their food was not upto mark. And last but not the least the "drivers".. The drivers trip anthem provided were very decent and enthusiastic to brief about the places and their traditions. In short you can just contact trip anthem for tour purposes with a low expectation of the hotels.

Good travel agent. Keeps things updated. Good arrangements. Selection of hotels needs little personal touch.Sales person in touch is nice person. Accommodates travellers requirements.

I am unable to select a star as i can not offer even one.

Me and my family has never experienced such unprofessional behavior by team TRIPANTHEM. Despite confirming on mail about trip to Gangtok for 2 days and 3 nights for an amount of INR 16,500, none of their person was present at Airport on designated day. One of Tripanthem guy named Vishal called me on 12 June 2019 and explained the arrangement which was confirmed by me on 13 June, 2019 and he never called back thereafter. I was under impression that deal is closed and driver and vehicle as promised will be available at Airport on 27 June 2019. However, none came and they even did not have courtesy to inform.
I am shocked the way the business is being carried by TRIPANTHEM and they are fooling tourists. Such people should not be associated with travel business which is otherwise such a good profession. I will definitely advise my organisation, friends and family never to deal with TRIPANTHEM.

I have no words to explain my feelings.You made our trip really memorable. We enjoyed each day and ended with bundles of joy and happiness.
I really appreciate your efforts. Your team coordination and prompt response to our queries made us comfortable.

#HOTELS:Talking about hotels, we got best rooms in all the hotels specially in Tashighang resort where they arranged camp fire for all the guests. We got special treatment in all the hotels.

#FOOD: I can't believe that all the hotels provided us very Delicious food with traditional touch.

#Drivers: All your drivers were very caring and concerned. They treated us in a special way.

Abhishek Sir, I am travelling regularly since last 10 years but I have not seen any person at senior level who involved himself up to this extent. Thank you so much Sir for your involvement.

Mampi Madam, I really appreciate your patience. Whenever I contacted you, you responded so promptly and listen to my query very patiently.

I am very thankful to all the other members of this team who gave there efforts to satisfy our requirements.

Bahut kuch hai kehne ko, but I cannot wrape my emotions, my feelings, my happiness and my memories in the paper of words.

At last I must say, we have awesome and unforgettable trip just because of you.

Those who are reading my review, I Just want to tell them that you can trust blindly on TRIP ANTHEM. You will not find any other Trip organizer like this Team. They are very concerned. At any point of time I didn't find any area of mistake.Generally Tour operators take the full amount and then the forget the client but here nothing like that. Team Trip Anthem was there with us till last moment.

Very bad experience uncoordination with team even driver was changed everyday

I traveled Gangtok & Darjeeling tour on 13-05-2019 to 18-05-2019 with my family & friends, wiht the package provider Tripanthem, Siligudi. Dipti Panda (Sales Executive) planned our group trip very nicely and Mampi (Trip Co-Ordinator) taken care day to day continues as a family member. I traveled Sikkim tour on 25-4-2019 to 4-5-2019 with Tripanthem.Neeta planned our group tri very nicely and Mampi taken care day today continues as a family member I thanks to Neeta and Mampi due to them We enjoyed Trip but during Lachen and Lachung Vehicle was provided very bad condition otherwise everything is best I recommend to Plan with Tripanthem

We recently crafted our trip with the help of Trip anthem. They did a good job. We did have few problems with the type of vehicle that was promised and that was sent, but upon calling the trip anthem , Mampi did ensure that the rest of the trip went smooth.
We did have really good drivers, Mr. Sangam ,Mr. Rajesh and Mr. La Hung. There was a neat watsapp group with prior information regarding the trip and everything about it.
