I have booked my Sringar, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam Tour with Mughal Tours, Ms Aliya from Mughal Tours has managed and Arranged everything perfectly for us. Food, Stay and Travel every experience is as perfect as one can expect, add to all The Weather and Sightings were simply awesome and the Best thing to experience. On our last day we have faced some small issues in terms of Hot water at pahalgam stay, As it was -5 degree temperature hot water was very necessary but due to power issues they were not able to arrange the hot water to us, Due to which I am giving 4 star other wise rating would have been perfect 5*.

Tour Package with Mughal Tour & Travel was a great experience for our winter Holidays. A special mention and thanks to Ms. Aalia who treated us like family. Right from the time we got in contact with her, she paid extra attention to all our plans, followed up proactively and customized them according our requirements. When we landed in Kashmir we were facing difficulties with getting in touch with our driver, but Aalia quickly sorted that for us helping us with the excellent driver. Though, during our visit and stay in Gulmarg, we have raised the accommodation issue but Ms. Alia has addressed our concern immediately and arrange the another accommodation as per our choice.
