Took 60,000 as advance from me for Thailand Trip, after cancellation of trip due to Covid they're not even responding.
Don't book package from them! Not reliable

We had a trip planned fro Avin vacations to Thailand in March, 2020 and due to Covid, the trip got cancelled. Avin vacations assured us that they will provide us with the refund and till date we have never recieved a penny from them. They have stopped taking our calls and we don't even know if there is any status on our money. They are unresponsive on emails as well.The amount was more than 80k INR.
Nobody from their team has reached out to us for solving our issues for almost half a year now.

We have made a booking for thailand for 6 people on march 2020 but due govt announce the lockdown and trip was cancelled, even the thailand hotels have provided the refunded than too avin vacations are not providing refund to us from 1 year, Dont book from this AVIN
