Ruined Havelock visit because of ill mannered Tour Co-ordinator

My trip to Andaman & Nicobar islands included Port Blair and Havelock with Travel Dates 26-May-18 to 30-May-18. This time I decided to hire Andaman Diaries as my Travel Agents. We were so excited about the trip to the islands. We started with Port Blair and my experience with Andaman Diaries started on a good note. The team was courteous and well mannered. The very next day, we travelled to Havelock from where nice experience turned bad. My tour co-ordinator 'Bidhan' for Havelock was Rude and Pathetic. For 3 days we stayed at Havelock and he was unreachable all the time. He once came to meet us at the Resort and his first statement was "Aap to ab hotel mei hi stay karo". I was shocked to hear that. The very next day I had to take my daughter to Hospital as she had fever and he did not provide cab at that time. When confronted he quoted "Woh tumhari beti hai, isme mei kya karoon". "Mere paas hazaaron guest hai aur tum meri priority nahi ho". There were multiple arguments with him. My experience with Port Blair team of Andaman Diaries was amazing but with Havelock team was Worse. I will not suggest anyone going to Havelock Island with Bidhan as Tour Co-ordinator.
