This review is for TripMaza, Shree Tours & Travels and Travel Triangle (from Siliguri).

Please don't waste your time, energy & money with this travel agency. Everything we were promised had gone for a toss. The hotels we were put in were not worth a star (2 chicken/fish pieces per person, one soap & a towel regardless of the people in the room, some rooms didn't have bathroom slippers, intercom, TV whereas some had) and we were promised 3* hotels. Seems they haven't visited 3* hotels ever in their lives.
The Natula Pass permit was messed up with mismatch of people and their names. One of us was missed in the permit list that could had resulted in cancellation of our visit to Natula Pass. They hired arrogant & drunk drivers who did not care of our safety or needs. On the first day itself, we asked this agency to send cordial, friendly & warm drivers but they continued to send the same drivers.
After the tour was over, we asked them so many of such questions in a group chat they had created before we booked them. Sadly, we were removed from the group for they had no answers. Their Managing Director was in the group all this while but did not bother to intervene. Prawesh (from TripMaza) kept blaming Shree Tours and Travel Triangle for the mess-ups and vice versa.

TRANSPORTATION WAS WORST. DRIVERS NEVER CAME ON TIME. HAD WAIT AT LEAST 1 HOUR EVERY TIME. HOTELS WERE GOOD BUT NOT UP TO THE MARK.WE HAD ASKED FOR MORNING COFFEE/TEA AND WERE SUPPLIED VERY COLD IN DARJEELING. AND IN SIKKIM THEY WERE NOT READY TO SERVE DINNER AT ALL. THEY WILL GUIDE US TO GO TO MARKET TO HAVE OUR DINNER IN RAIN ALSO AND AGAIN FOR THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR TRANSPORT. ON THE WHOLE THE TRIP DID NOT GIVE US A VERY HAPPY MEMORY. WE HAVE BEEN GOING ON VACATION EVERY YEAR ONLY THIS YEAR WE HAD WORST TOUR OPERATOR.

Thanks to Mr Sherpa Phurba we could experience the best at an affordable price.served Jain food.Very good Accommodation with great view.Comfortable vehicals with well experienced driver.We were served the best as per the commitment.I suggest Trip Maza for Sikkim others also.

It was a wonderful trip with tripmaza to darjeeling.they did everything they have offered to us.The hotel was very nice with mountain view.We could not forget the driver Robin because he was very friendly and a nice person.Anyway we plan to go gangtok nextyear i prefer tripmaza again.Oncemore thanks to tripmaza for made us unforgettable memory in darjeeling.

Horrible experience from day one. They broke all accepted conditions. They gave us immense trouble in spite of full payment in advance. This is what you get when you believe people . I will be the last person to recommend Tripmaza to any one. Also will advise people not to part with full payment till the tour is over.

We enjoyed Darjeeling, Gangtok, Sikkim trip with Tripmaza.... All the staffs were very helpful throughout the trip. Your service was really nice and comfortable.... We throughly enjoyed the trip..thanks Tripmaza for making our trip so beautiful and memorable.

Very impressed with driving skills drivers (Driving in narrow lane & blind driving in heavy fog with full speed toward Changu lake )
Enjoyed (River Rafting in Meli river,Rope way Gangtok & Darjiling,played in Ice on the way to Baba Mandir)
Recommendation-must Visit Chardham at Namchi & cactus garden in Kalimphong

It was totally bas service what they committed to hotel that hotel was changed and that hotel was very dirty n can't Evan I spell word for that type of bad service and I booked entire trip for 5 adults from his manager Amit and I done convesation on company e mail bit when my parents reched they took extra person chage for entire trip.
And one guy subroto was very rude with my parents but we paid for full trip advance for that we was handicapped.
And plz don't suggest any one to this company.

our trip was best e.i. vehicle ,driver, iternary exept food.
food served in package was very sick as compared to amt charged to us.i have already written to tripmaza about it.

The trip was wonderful. The people were lovely. We spent 2 days in Thimpu & 2 days in Paro. We loved the Peaceful Resort in Thimpu. The Resort in Paro (Mandala Resort) was not all that great. It had a nice view of Paro but the approach road was bad and the resort was not well maintained.
Please note, the website says it takes only 45 minutes to climb Tiger Nest Monastery. That is so not the case. Please set aside atleast 3 hours for it

Tripmaza worked out a holiday as per my requirements, which was the best thing. Permits for various locations in Sikkim were arranged on time and the trip was well coordinated. Will rate them a 4/5. Thanks
