What's Not Good: Too low class hotels booked at such high price charged to us, arrogant driver which is though replaced later but ruined half of our trip because of that and everyday we have a new problem to tackle with.

What's Good: We recently traveled to Assam and Meghalaya with the help of Safar Panda, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. I sincerely appreciate the effort they put into organizing every detail — from the hotels and rooms to the cab and the driver.

The driver Britu Das was extremely friendly and made our journey smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Ujjal and Mr. Amit, who coordinated everything so well. They were always available and supportive, and even when we requested last-minute changes to our itinerary, they accommodated us without any hassle.

They went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience and ensured we covered most of the key attractions. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed and executed as planned.

The hotels arranged by Safar Panda were top-notch — clean, comfortable, and located in great areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the food provided, especially the breakfast, which was always delicious and well-prepared to ensure we started our days right.

Overall, the entire experience was more than worth the amount we paid. We felt well taken care of, and I can confidently say that any customer booking with Safar Panda is sure to have a memorable and enjoyable trip.

What's Good: Our family had an unforgettable 10-day trip to Assam, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh, all thanks to the meticulous planning by Amit and the excellent service provided by our driver, Babu (K. Das). Amit tailored the itinerary perfectly to suit our needs and even gave us valuable tips to handle the cold weather, which made it much easier to manage with our 5-year-old in temperatures as low as -7°C.

Babu went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. He not only drove us safely but also acted as an insightful guide, recommending the best local dishes and planning our days around optimal times for sightseeing. For instance, he ensured we saw a rainbow over the waterfalls at the right moment and visited the living root bridge when it was less crowded. These thoughtful details made our trip even more special.

The entire journey was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommend SafarPanda for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering everything they promise. This trip was truly amazing, and we cherished every moment of it!
