Hi we had a great Tour to Malaysia ...many many thanks to Mr Yusuf from my leisure club holiday to organize it in amazing manner ..the hotel rooms were good food was amazing and Transfers very safe n Peaceful

Travel agent is reliable. For next trip also we will look forward to engage them. However, they are advised to do some more home work before start of tour so that they themselves can guide and assist visitors / tourist for optimum utilization of time and utmost satisfaction of tour.

Thanks a lot to Mr Yusuf for arranging our tour to munnar , allepey& cochin. The stay in the house boat was excellent. One small suggestion in house boat they can add some activity to make it more lively like fishing etc.Stay at munnar was great. The rooms had a valley view.Cab driver mr Jibin driving skills was great. He had a good interaction with us through out the journey starting from picking from the station and droping us back in the station.
Overall it was a great experience with unforgettable memories to cherish for years.

I used My Leisure Club Holidays LLP to plan and book my Kerala trip with my family. I was satisfied with the whole process. Specially thanks to Yusuf to being patient with us during multiple changes to our plans. Also, vendor used by them in Trivendrum was very good. couple of things which could improve are:
1. we were not happy with the vendor they used in Cochin (pepper kerala). The driver insisted both days that he had to leave by 7 PM, so we had to plan accordingly, even though we started late.
2. UDS resort was suggested as being very good in Kovalam. But, we were not very happy with the service in the resort.

service, hotel vehicle all provided were upto the mark. people are co operative and helpful.

very nice person. he organaised well. But for bulk group people (we went 105 members) he should need some extra manpower and extra care.

enjoy tour

Mr.yousuf my leisure club had given me a good package but a littel disappointment for charging extra bed which i had already said to him to include the package there was miscommunication problem between the hotel and the travel agent even though my kids are small age one is 7yrs and another is 8yrs old they had charged extra bed .the sightseeing tour is good which he had given the package and the taxi driver is very rude driving very fast overspeed120kms even we have family he is not bothering it.

Did not liked the resort suggest my your team

Just one suggestion, hotel in Coorg should be upgraded.
